As soon as the package I ordered from Interweave arrived I quickly opened it to retrieve my three new, never-before-used books. However, I was very upset and disappointed to see that they were not the flawless and brand new books I had expected. All three of them had been damaged at the upper left corner with varying degrees of severity. The cardboard box they came in was quite intact but must have been handled badly enough to bash up the books inside. I would like a replacement, however I know that if I pay the shipping to return the products and the new shipping for an exchange, the overall price would nullify what I used to purchased the books. So alas I will have to keep the damaged books. If I wanted damaged books I could have gone many of other places to do business, but I wanted new books of my very own, I luxury I rarely ever have. I would like to see Interweave wrap their products in some sort of protective packaging so that what their customers receive accurately reflects the quality I know Intereweave has.

Hi, Last August I took out a subscription with interweave knits and never received any magazines. I asked for a refund and up until now, over a year later I’m still waiting. I’ve emailed and also phoned them and gave them my credit card number and I’m still waiting for my refund. I keep getting fobbed off. I did get sent a USD cheque but my UK bank doesn’t accept foreign cheques so I posted it back. I have a years worth of emails and I am no further forward! Customer service is atrocious.

I placed an order a week ago. At first the status was fulfillment, then it was changed to On Hold. I have not received any kind of communication from Interweave as to why my order is On Hold. My payment has been deducted from my bank account and I can’t get answers to my emails as to what is going on with my order. In my last email to them, I asked them to cancel my order and refund my payment, if they were unwilling to tell me why my order was still on hold. They never did answer any of my emails. They cancelled the order and refunded my payment. I will not do business with them again.

I placed an order in September of 2015 for four DVDs. In December I contacted them to see what the issue was, and was told they would re-ship, as the package was returned. I emailed them twice more since. It is now January 2016 and I have not gotten anything from them. They seem to be ignoring me. I filed a complaint with the FTC, and hope to at least get my money back. Terrible store.
