Have been with them for years, and for years I put up with their ZERO COMMUNICATION, TERRIBLE WEBSITE, TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AND CONSISTENT OVER CHARGING ON EVERYTHING & EVERYTHING THEY CAN DREAM UP. Increasing their fees without letting you know is their favorite past-time! Finally I asked myself – WHY AM I PUTTING UP WITH THIS?! SO I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT – AND THEY STILL CAME UP WITH A WAY TO DEBIT MY BIZ BANK ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER CONFIRMING WITH ME 100% THAT THERE WERE NO OUTSTANDING CHARGES DUE ON MY ACCOUNT. Underhand, sleezy company. If there was a negative 5 stars they would get it.
