I had the most unsatisfactory experience at this dealership. Although my Uncle had suggested me this place for an easy and quick solution. My ‘check engine’ light kept turning on and off without even the switch. I was facing this problem for a week after which I attempted to book an appointment. The appointment wouldn’t get fixed as they were entertaining big clients only. Their attitude was disgusting. After a lot of disagreements, they fixed my appointment an hour later to what I was proposing.
I arrived on time, but they still wouldn’t come out to the help desk to see me. I was kept waiting for over 45 minutes without any proper intimation or explanation. While I was waiting there in the lobby, I noticed THAT I was being juggled over for a couple of clients. Finally when the woman, came to see my claim report, I asked her the reason for her being late. She sounded very casual saying nothing could be done as she was ‘out for lunch’. I was shocked at their behaviour and felt patronized. Since, my car had an engine problem, I was told to leave the car at the garage and the car would be delivered to me within three days with full upgraded parts. To my surprise, I wasn’t provided with a loaner car and had to indecisively take an expensive Uber back to work. I expected them to do their job, as they already took an advance of $600 beforehand. But when I received my car, It wasn’t properly cleaned, the valves still had the dust cluster under it and the engine would start heating up just after starting it!! These Idiots fooled me into giving them the job and also exploited me by asking the rest of the $200 dollars. When I refused to pay them a single cent, they stooped down to the level of blackmailing me.
