12/10/2019 Results of Pre-trial hearing: The prosecution did away with the 3 individual counts of grand theft fraud and she plead guilty to organized fraud. She will pay restitution (monthly) to the one (of three) victims that were not reimbursed by their financial institutions. She will be put on probation for 5 years and her records will reflect the guilty plea. For now she will remain in custody of Hillsborough County before being shipped off to her next round of court hearings. The prosecutor could not tell me where that is. But he continued to say that mostly likely when she makes it back to Minnesota she will get jail time.
