FEBRUARY OF 2015 MY DAUGHTER VISITED NAPLES FLORIDA AND NEEEDED A GYM TO WORK OUT IN FOR 1 WEEK. SHE IS A PROFESSIONAL CYCLIST FROM PORTLAND OR. WE WENT TO JABZ GYM WHERE SHE REQUESTED TO PURCHASE A WEEKLONG PASS/MEMBERSHIP. THE STAFF SUGGESTED THAT IT WOULD BE A BETTER DEAL FOR US TO BUY THEIR 1 MONTH MEMBERSHIP WHICH THEY STATED COULD BE CLOSED ANY TIME. AT THE END OF THE WEEK WE WENT IN TO CLOSE OUR ACCOUNTS. THEY STATED THAT 30 DAYS NOTICE WAS REQUIRED. THIS WAS NOT MADE CLEAR WHEN THEY CONVINCED US WITH THEIR SALES PITCH TO BUY THE MONTH INSTEAD OF THE WEEK PASS. WE GAVE THE 30 DAYS AND ASSUMED THE LOSS OF MONEY. THREE MONTHS AND MANY MANY PHONE CALLS LATER THEY ARE STILL BILLING US FOR A MEMBERSHIP THAT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND NOT USED. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT. WE HAD TO CANCEL OUR CREDIT CARD TO DISCONTINUE THE BILLING AS STAFF AND OWNER DISMISSED OUR PLEAS FOR HELP AND REFUSED TO ADDRESS AND HANDLE THE SITUATION. THIS COMPANY IS OUT FOR A QUICK BUCK. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THE CONSUMER. .
