I received with my debit card and was told my card was insufficient. Knowing this wasn’t true, I asked the clerk to try again. He then proceeded to run my card 3 additional times. When I got home I checked my bank account and there were 2 pending transactions for the same amount for Jack in the Box. I have been trying ever since to have them resolve this issue and have gotten nowhere. I went back to the store Mon, Tue and Wed but the manager was never there. I contacted the corporate offices on Mon and was told someone would call me back but no one did. Then I received an issuficient funds charge as a result. The corporate office agents are telling me to speak with the manager at the store for an immediate refund, but the manager is telling me its a bank error. On top of everything, Jack in the Box has a sign posted that if you’re asked to pay more than your receipt shows (which clearly being doubled charged is paying more), then your meal is free. The final outcome from the corporate office was that if I wasn’t willing to wait up to 3 weeks for them to refund what they double charged me, then I’d have to disput it with my bank. Which I’m in the process of doing now. But now I want Jack in the Box to honor their sign and refund my original charge. In my opinion, is it just tantimount to stealing and I’m supposed to wait 3 weeks form them to give back to me something they were never entitled to to begin with. The real question lies in how this actually occurred. I’ve worked many different cash registers, and the charge on the screen won’t go away until a valid payment has been entered. So in my opinion, the only way this could have happened is the cashier processed my card, told me it was insufficient then rerang up all the items and processed my card again. That’s the only thing that makes sense. But what is more frustrating is that Jack in the Box not only refused to resolve it properly, but they were all very indignant about it from the start. Oh and I should mention just to top everything off that they didn’t even get the order correct.

…I entered the store at 4203 SW Admiral Way in Seattle during evening hours (this visit at approx 8:35pm) and stood at the counter waiting to be helped. Last time I could see two employees, one cleaning the deep-fryer and the other in the grill area. Tonight when I entered there were 3, one emptying trash adjacent to the counter and two right behind the counter. One behind the counter was cleaning-out the frie holding bin, the other person walked into the grill area. Not one said “hello” or “someone will be with you in a minute”. After 10-15 seconds the person cleaning the frie bin walked to the drive-up window (and out of my sight), after another 30-45 seconds I decided to once again take my hunger and money to your competitor, which really sucks as they don”t serve a “Sourdough Jack” which to me is the best thing on a bun, or curly fries! So I had to settle for a “Big Mac” instead!! It”s good to know they are so diligent about cleaning their store, but at the expense of those who bring in the cash that pays their salaries?!!!

06/25/2019 approximately 9:50 am I entered JIB Location #5363 located in Palm Desert CA.. I went in to use the restroom and upon entering I did notice that restrooms had just been cleaned and the CAUTION WET FLOOR signs were up. But after using toilet and fixing myself I felt the back of my shirt drenched in what I thought was water but turned out to be bleach!!! I started to look around to figure out how or what had just happened and noticed there was bleach all around the back part of the toilet & floor. I immediately informed the young lady cleaning & she admitted that bleach was used & had not been washed down. That instead they let it air dry after pouring. I spoke with Manager Kevin who had no idea on how to handle the situation and instead only offered a free menu item for my drenched bleached shirt. I had to remove my shirt & continue to work in an undershirt and wait for the shirt to dry so I do not risk bleaching my car seats or any other part of my clothing. I am extremely upset and would like to speak with an higher up ASAP!!! This could of caused a CHEMICAL BURN on my skin and is a huge mistake on JIB part. I have attached a photo for your viewing. 10/2/2018 4:21pm I went to the Jack in the box on South Grand to get food. I went through drive thru to order my food the employee which I think she said her name was Shawn. She was rude and rushing us while we was trying to order and let her know no tomatoes because I am allgeric. When we got to the window she had a very aggressive tone. So when I ask to speak to a manager she said that she was one, then I asked for the district manager name which said Yolonda. I then called and spoke with Yolonda and told her what was going she said okay like she didn”t care. She not once said sorry, I”m a manager myself. She said I was putting words in her mouth because she acted like she didn”t care and just let the staff do whatever they want . Yolonda then started to get aggressive as well and said that if I was a manager that I would know how to act. And that when I”m ready to use my inside voice and can call back and talk to her and she hung up on me. I was very upset because I was rushed and got bad service and treat like my problem did not matter. I been to other Jack in the boxes and had great service but this location does not at all. I will never return to that location because there is always a problem with the staff and manager with their customer service.

1819 Main St, Ferndale, Wa. 9pm 6/26/16 No teriyaki bowls, because no rice & no egg rolls. I ordered a spicy chick-combo, chick fajita pita-combo & 4 tacos. That”s exactly what I got, nothing more. No ketchup/taco sauce, napkins, straws or receipt. Unnoticed until home. 3 weeks in a row I”ve found eggshells in my breakfast sandwiches. This has happened at several locations. 40th St @ University Phx, AZ, and Van Buren @ Avondale Blvd Avondale, AZ. Very frustrating to bite into a sandwich filled with eggshells. Another instance I purchased an ultimate breakfast sandwich and the bread was not toasted and appeared to be stale.

3/10/17 @ 1:00 pm 515 S Henderson St, Fort Worth, TX 76104 I bought a grilled chicken salad at the drive through. When I got back to work and opened the salad there was mold on the tomatoes, the lettuce was brown, wilted and slimy. The cheese was wet and the cucumbers were shrunken and slimy. I tried to call the store and all I received was a recorded voice mail. This was an unacceptable food product. I”m sure as a large international company you have some quality standards. In my case these standards were not met today.

3-22-18, drive thru #175, 3:00:28 PM Usually purchase from Collinsville IL, but was in Glen Carbon IL so thought we”d get a sandwich we like. Prime Rib Chz Stk. Bought 3 and drove home. Nice bun, little meat, 1 small red pepper, 1 small green pepper, and could barely see the cheese. Called manager. Rob blamed the morning shift and finally offered 3 replacements. To say my husband was upset is an understatement, It”s a bit of a drive and I”m disabled. So unless we”re back there for a doctor appointment, it”s a extra trip for my husband because your restaurant can”t be bothered to make a sandwich that is more than a bun. 8/24/2018 10:41:24 p.m. : If I could give sub-zero stars, that would be the rating. From the beginning of taking the order in the drive thru to the end of the transaction, the person (who later said he was the manager…what a joke) was rude. When I got rude right back at him, he started making the “what”s your problem” noises (think of a teenage girl who”s self-entitled and you get the idea). I told him “Sucks when someone is rude to you isn”t it?” He said he didn”t think he was being rude and was just doing his job the best that he can. (Cue the entitled teenage brat persona again.) I told him “Being rude is the best you can do? Then don”t be surprised when people are rude back to you. Where is your manager?” He said he was the manager. “YOU”RE the manager?” I said. (This guy”s uniform t-shirt was too small [guy weighed around 240 or 250], stringy dyed blond hair that he kept pushing back with his hands while HANDLING food and drink. ) “What”s your name?” He said “Edward Perkins.” He then literally threw the food bag at me. To top it all off, the order was wrong. No surprise there. Maybe if JIB spent more on training their people instead of marketing and stupid ad campaigns, there would be less of these problems.

8/8/18 Location – Kansa & El Cajon – Receipt time 2:02 Normally I would not go to this level of complaining. The customer service and the long wait time for my order were just BAD. 1. At the time I order my (2:02 pm) it was just me at the window. Noone else orders at the window during the time I was there. 2. There was one car waiting at the drive-through window at the time of my order. 3. After I order and set down at a table I saw 4 cars order and receive their order at the drive-through. 4: it’s now 2:15 pm and no order. 5. I went to the walk-up window to see what happened to my order. No one came to the window. 6. I asked the young woman at the drive-through to ask for someone to come to my window. People inside saw me at the window but no one came to update me on my order. 7. I went the second time to the drive-through window for someone to help me with understanding why it taking so long to get my order. Now it’s 2:17 – I am upset now. * the manager come to the window with my order and they were very busy and it takes time to prepare my order. (6 or 7 cars came through the drive-window and 15 minutes later the manager walk up the window with my order. I try to support the business in my community, but I will never buy anything at Jack in the Box again. About 10:44 pm my girl myself and a friend came throigh the drive through for a late snack. We ordered a large oreo shake anda munchie meal. Around 8:00am I went to this jack n the box location just to get a quick bite to eat, I ordered two chicken sandwiches off your value menu. I Then went to the restroom to wash my hands I noticed right when I came out my food was already there ready to go. I then thought wow that’s fast went back to my car grabbed one of the sandwiches, and noticed one it’s not hot and two the patty was rock hard as if it’s been sitting under a heat lamp since the previous night. I went back in and politely asked for two fresh ones didn’t make a fuss or a scene I just wanted two brand new sandwiches, I noticed as they got done and handed me the bag they all stared at me in a weird way. As if they hoped i wouldn’t notice what they did which was in fact they just taking the Patty’s off the bread and dropping them back in the oil, now you may ask how do I know this for a fact . When I pressed my finger on the patty #1 it wasn’t hot at all and #2 grease leaked from the chicken patty as I pressed my finger on it, this is contamination and could have well gotten me sick if I had not spit the first bite out . I went back returned the sandwiches and got my money back now I know reading this and your like fine case closed, no as an employee who works at a fast food chain who’s big on cleanliness and food hazards and only serves fresh products. I’d expect from other fast food chain locations to do the same but I cannot say the same for this one. Something needs to be done about them doing that because that could get someone very sick and potentially cause death and you guys being left witch a huge lawsuit.

Around 9:30 am on Monday August 27th a Manager working at Jack in the box in Everett, Washington on the corner of 128th and Highway 99 completely disrespected me and 2 other people i was with for absolutely no reason. We sat at the front counter waiting for someone to serve us, after about 10 minutes of waiting a manager, some mexican lady (who refused to give her name) came up to the counter and for no apparent reason whatsoever told us to leave and said that she refused to serve us. She wouldn”t give any reason as to why she wouldn”t let us buy any food, and she made us leave. Then she fallowed us outside and refused to give us her name. Then I asked her “why the hell won”t you just sell us some food?!” The i pulled out a couple $20 bills and told her “Look i got money, i don”t understand why you”re treating us like this” and she yelled really loud in the parking lot “yeah, you have money because you”re a prostitute” I”m definitely NOT a prostitute and I definitely would never even consider that as a career option either. I”m honestly seriously offended that she said that and really don”t understand what would nake her think i was a prostitute. I actually have a job as a Flagger making really good money and this whole situation was nothing but discrimination. That lady is a horrible person with some seriously bad judgement issues. She was assuming crazy things and i don”t even know why. It”s discrimination, you can”t choose who U will & won”t give service to just because you assume bad things or judge someone off their appearance. I seriously can”t believe how that lady treated me. As an avid jack in the box customer i would like to make a complaint against the jack in the box located on poinsette hwy greenville sc. I eat there atleast three times a week and on thursday the 24th of march i was going though the drive though with my friend. I handed the clerk 16$ in cash and asked her to put the remaining balance on my debit card.( the order total was 19.26$. Instead the woman put 16$ on my card as well as took the cash. I did not know i was charged this much until i went to the bank and was told i over drafted and received a fee of 35$ for someone else’s mistake. I returned for the next several days only to hear come the next day to see the manager. Finally the following saturday the manager was there, he took ten minutes to come speak with me about the issue, he was very rude. He told me to hold on one second and went back to cooking fries for 15 minutes right in front of me. I then got his attention with an excuse me, he said nothing to me walked over to the register handed me 16$ then turned around and went back to cooking fries. No compensation for my 35$ overdraft fee and being treated rudely, i would think jack in the box would treat frequent customers with more respect.

At 9pm on Oct 22, 2018 my large family (5 kids 2 adults) decided to have our late dinner at Jack in the Box after attending my sons middle school football game. As a mom 9pm is late and I needed to do dinner quick. The kids I had in the car were ages 8 months to 16. So we decided the drive through was the best and fastest way for me to get dinner and go. As I pull up to the drive through I am so grateful Jack in the Box has a extra menu sign before the speaker box so my kids could decided what they wanted and we wouldn”t just sit in front of the speaker box. Once all kids including myself and my husband decided we pulled up to the speaker box. We were welcomed by Sue and I quickly told Sue the following.. “Evening Sue please be patient with us I have a lot of orders and each of my kids will be doing their own order” Sue replied, “I can”t do more then 2 orders in the drive through you will have to come in” then I thought maybe she thinks I am doing separate orders so I replied, “Oh I am still paying with one credit card I am just letting you know it”s a big order I have some hungry kids out here” at this point I am smiling and feeling everything was just a miscommunication maybe she didn”t understand. But no “Sue” replied the very rudly, ” I can”t do more then 2 orders and I am the manager” so I figured maybe she just doesn”t understand I am paying with 1 credit card just trying to order for my family. So I then said, ” Ok we are just making a large order again I am paying with a credit card.” So I had the kids begin telling their orders when the second child ordered “Sue” stopped the order and said that all she could do” by then I was so confused and said again, “I am paying with 1 credit card. Why can”t the rest of the kids order? I have come through here other times and have been able to order for my whole family and now you are saying I can”t order food for the rest of kids and if I want to I have to come in?” She said, “Ma”am if you want to order more you have to come in” So by then I have 2 babies ( one is 1 year and the other is 8months.) I also have a 4 year old and two 12 year olds and a 16 year old. And me and my husband. The reason we went through the drive through waa because we had kids. So I want to park and went in. Right away a Caucasian woman was taking a order at the counter. She was hand writing it . The moment I walked in she turned to me and said, “She won”t let me do two or more orders in here” I said, “This makes no sense, I have a large family that is hungry and your telling me I can only feed two?” At that point a older African lady with purple hair came out with a headset on. She looked at me and said rudly, ” We can not do more then 2 orders” I looked at her and said, I am paying with 1 credit card I am here ordering food for my family ” Sue replied with attitude again, “You can”t order more then two..” by then I was not happy and I cut her off and said, ” This makes no sense that you are refusing to allow me to order for my family and pay with one credit card so I can feed my family dinner” while I was saying that she kept talking saying she couldn”t do it and then I told her how rude she was. She walked away and I asked her for her name and who was above her and the number to corporate. She yelled from the back of the kitchen and said the numbers on the door. She refused to give her name in which another employee told me her name was Sheila. We finally spoke to another employee who understood what I was saying and allowed me to order. At the end I used my credit card and spent 41.97 but didn”t leave until 940pm. At approximately 4pm I went to the restaurant #4817. I drove up to the drive through to place an order and the lady stated “I”m doing shift change and can you wait” and I said yes. I waited 5 minutes and drove around the building and got back into the drive through lane. The same lady said again “I”m doing shift change and can you wait” I then said OK and I have been waiting 5mins already. She started talking over me, while I was explaining that I”ve been waiting and how much longer do I have to wait. She keep saying just wait. This woman was very aggressive and rude to me. I continued to wait 5 mins longer at the drive through. I then went around to the front and went inside. I asked the lady are you the one at the drive through and she responded “yes”. I explained to her that she was very rude and aggressive to me at the drive through and asked why she cut me off when I was talking to her. She was screaming at me in the store, while she was complaining about working by herself. I said ma”am I just want to place an order. At approximately 7:19 pm on this day I was in the drive thru at the window and I could not be properly serviced due to the unprofessional behavior of the employees. They were literally cursing each other out due to the shortage of employees. I heard them shouting to each other that they did not have enough employees to work and they were not going to work the lobby and the window. Then manager shouted so close the “mother [censored]ing” lobby. Keishira and 2 other unidentified employees were told by the manager, who was wearing the gray and white shirt to shut the [censored] up. At the drive thru window 11:02 AM. Location Kahului, Maui 96732. First I believe that a drive thru should not take 13/14 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of you. And the lead car already has place an order and is moving away from the menu board. So it was not placing the orders that was a hold up it was a wait fro the guests to get their orders. I order the new Truck Stop Chicken Sandwich and a med. coke. Took it back to my desk at my office. They gave me the Truck Stop Philly Steak Sandwich! And no receipt with my order! So I did not have a number to call back to correct the mistake. Cost was $9.04 I gave her the 4 cents in change and put the rest on a company debit card. Now I am not sure if I was even charged correctly ? Because of the things I have mention, my theory is: ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL!

At the drive-thru, I ordered two munchie meals, 1 chicken, 1 burger and a fish combo. The meals were handed to me in a bag. When I asked why the munchie meals were not in a box as advertised, I was told “I’m sorry we don’t have any more boxes.” Ok, no problem but I wish you had told me that a head of time, before I gave you my money and let me choose to accept my order jammed in a bag, instead of assuming that was okay for me. Anyway, I ended up having to park my car to go inside because it appeared that I had two fish sandwich because they were both wrapped as fish sandwiches. As I mentioned earlier I ordered only 1 fish combo, 1 chicken munchie and 1 hamburger munchie. My son was with me and while he and I were standing there waiting to be made satisfied customers, he (my son) pointed out to me all the munchie meal boxes stacked on a shelf for ready use and in another area boxes not yet formed. Wow! “I thought.” When I asked why I was told there weren’t any boxes, and why are you choosing whom to give boxes to, folks started stuttering, and all of a sudden could not understand or speak English. One employee, after the fact, “Do you want 2 boxes?” It was too late for that, you already let me know that for what ever reason that I did not meet the criteria for so munchie meal box, even after paying for a munchie meal. (what a liar). There were employees laughing in the corner and another employee peaking from the back as if this was a game or such. You don’t play with someone’s food. And you don’t debase someone’s concerns about their food. All of their (the employees)behaviors led me to request a phone number to file a complaint. When I asked for a corporate number, no one knew how to make contact. In the end, I asked for my money to be returned. I no longer wanted the food for my children because from the employees behavior they may have tampered with or altered the food, so it was best that they keep the food and I take my money elsewhere. This was an unfortunate experience for me and my children. My family and I are not big fast food eaters but my children do enjoy the munchie meals when we do choose to eat fast food. After this experience, though we will never ever patron that establishment, again. That is unfortunate, since it is so close to home, but I will go hungry first. This complaint will probably do nothing, or go no where but at least I have voiced my dissatisfaction and shown that I won’t tolerate poor customer service from anyone. Or maybe this is the one too many complaints that forces something to be done about rotten customer service.

At the Jack in the box on harding blvd i went to get food and the manager that was working that night in drive thru, which was 10/3/18 has the worst customer service, she cursed at me because i couldn”t hear her clearly and she slammed the window in my face. I was not able to eat that night because she refused my service when i said i was going to call corporate. This is not the first time i have had problems with her, can someone please talk to her about her atitude and her language because that runs customers away and i stay in the area so i love going to that location. At the time of 2:01 am Sunday morning on Feb. 2nd 2019 my friend and I had ordered 2 double Jack burgers and a side of onion rings and we paid for our order and while waiting I noticed that the woman that had taken our order was really slow and seemed very tired and also had her hair down and no hairnet nor did she wear any gloves as she handed us the bag of food we ordered there was not any courtesy of any thank you or is there anything else I can help you with,.. It was walking away. We waited to open and eat our food until we got home, just only 2 -3 blocks away and as the pics show it is not what we expected, no lettuce, tomato or onion and one burger had no cheese and the onion rings were so over cooked they was hard as ever and couldn’t eat them.. This is the worst service from Jack n the box I’ve encountered, I would lime for this to be fixed and taken care of, plz and thank you

At the Yosemite Blvd. location in Modesto CA I just ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit at the drive through, got home and opened it and there was NO biscuit but a CROISSANT. A soggy one at that. Tried to call their number multiple times with NO answer, after 12 rings. Also the Grilled breakfast sandwich which I ordered has been changed for the WORSE. It was on soft and not even toasted properly bread and not near as good as the original version. Really ticks you off when you work. Igbo shift and have limited time and can”t even get what you ordered because someone was probably too lazy to make the biscuits and then too lazy to answer the phone also. They are on my way home from work and just lost my business.

August 14, 2015 I went to jack in box at 14485 Moreno Beach Dr. Moreno Valley, CA. 92555 for breakfast this morning. I ordered a grilled egg sandwich & 2 fresh hash browns well done. I was brought out a breakfast burrito & 2 hash browns which 1 was barely warm and not cooked all the way & the other one was like cooked twice in grease to make it appear well done & very greasy & hard.the manager brought out my corrected sandwich and I told her politely the hash browns were no good and she took them and thru them in the trash can right beside me and never offered me new ones. she just walked away. I was shocked that she did this. I paid $8.83 for this meal, I had a ice coffee with it also.(your ice coffee is great.) I just could believe her rotten customer service. complaint: I work at jack box in citrus heights on antelope rd & sunrise I have a problem with manger sasha she never calls but texts when changing schedule once at 3am she called to tell me to come in an hour late instead of 9am 10am and another time to tell me not to come in but I did not receive text so by the time I was told I was already at work so unprofessional & the other day she told a co worker to tell me when I got to work that I am now not working today after all after I was already at work. Corinth Ms store #221 ordered a apple pie and it was strawberry instead and he has allergies from strawberries got it wrong 4 times in the same visit and took 15 minutes to get our order. Terrible management no organization at all. Other customers were complaining too, some walking out so you could lose business if you ignore one complaint cause word of mouth spreads quickly. Please make some improvements so we can keep enjoying the food.

December 20, 2015 I ordered the cheddar onion btr j combo with onion rings and a small coke at 3:42:58 pm. This was from the Jack in the Box on Airway Blvd, El. Paso, TX. I was eating my burger on my way to Freedom Crossing Ft Bliss, Tx, to the bank inside the PX. I had not finished my meal so I rewrapped the remainder pof my burger. About 15 to 20 minutes later I was on my way home and I continued eating my burger and I felt something in my mouth that did not feel like food. I took it out of my mouth and it looked like a piece of paper that the butcher uses to wrap meat. I immediately changed destinations to the Jack in the Box. I took my receipt and the contents of the meal with what I had taken out of my mouth. When I got inside I asked to speak to a manager. I told hom what happened. I could not find the object so I had to go back to my car and look for it. I did find it and went back in. I told Edurado ( the manager I spoke to and also the one who took my order), that I thought it was a piece of paper, in the better lighting of the restaurant it looked like a raw onion skin. I told the manager that I wanted to put in an official complaint. He asked me if I wanted coupons or another meal. I said no, because when you’re eating and bite into something that’s not suppose to be there, that’s sickening. I still feel nauseated. He told me that I had to call an 800 number. I got home and am putting in this complaint. I don’t think I will eat at Jack in the Box again. I have my receipt and the remains of the meal and what I took out of my mouth. Did a mobile order, said 5-7 minutes to be ready. Got to restaurant right at 7 minutes. Took a picture at 14 minutes and food still wasn’t done. I only get a 30 minutes lunch… When I finally did get food I was leaving and realized I didn’t get my soda. Had to go back to counter to get my cup. I was 13 minutes late back to work! So I also lost pay!! Fries were cold, jumbo jack had the regular patty and a random half patty also??!? This is during normal lunch hours. Food should be made quickly and fresh at lunch. This is what I would expect to get at 2am drunk. I selected to pick up at counter, what would have happened if I selected to pick up in drive through? Be told it isn’t ready and please drive back through? Atleast now I know don’t bother coming here on a lunch break!

During my lunch time I decided to go through drive thru at this Jack in The Box and simply ordered an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger. I pay at the window and grab my food and when i get to work i see the burger is not only the wrong burger but also has “NO MEAT” in it. Just what kind of joke is this? So i head back to the restaurant and gave my bag back to the girl whom appeared as a shift leader of some sort. I asked her to correct my order and return my money for the inconvenience and for their mistake, “NOT MINE” theirs. She then gave me a new burger and offered fries and a drink which I said “no thank you, the burger will do”. As i waited for my cash return, she looked at me in confusion and told me she could only replace one or the other not both. I gave her burger back and asked for my money instead and told her I would rather spend my money elsewhere if the treatment of complaints will be of such manner. Whatever happened to customer service?

Every time I go there the food is overcooked and hard there”s no sauce on any sandwiches that I”ve ordered and the fries look at the sky Steen with the black stuff from the Greaser. They need to learn how to make food since that is their job. The Jack-in-the-Box I am talking about is located at 2955 North Chester Avenue Bakersfield California 93308. The employees there are very rude and give me nasty looks for no good reason and I am a hard-working citizen. Every time I go to the Jack in the Box on Bell Rd. / Cave Creek Rd. in Phoenix AZ after 9 pm I am told “Sorry, cant make shakes right now “. It doesn”t matter if its 9pm, 10pm, 1am, or 4am . If I drive to any other Jack in the Box they will make me one provided they aren”t cleaning it . But this place ? Never . I can tell you without a doubt that if you look at the register history there wont be any milkshakes sold at night ever. On Friday Oct. 6th 2017 at about 11:45 pm I recorded the guy in charge telling me a bunch of BS about why they “CANT” sell milkshakes at night My proposed solution ? Make everything that is on the menu or put it on the menu that you have to order shakes before the lazy night crew gets there .

Finally putting puzzle pieces together, I worked at local fast food restaurant (JintB) with Keith, supposedly the nephew of the landlord and he told me his uncle was very rich and powerful person, and that he had killed someone in the past and drug them into the attic of a residential building, not sure if that was this building or somewhere else, he had told me that his uncle owns apartments here in troy, but not sure if this is them. what bothers me is that i can hear someone in the attic all times of day and night, and that there were prior problems with holes in the ceiling covered by wood patch planks were actually opening, attic debris was found numerous mornings under these patches above buildings drop ceiling when i firrst moved in but have been secured with brackets. after working for a few privately millionaire owned businesses before becoming disabled, has shown me that people with this type of money think this way as sport.

first I asked it the chicken was pressed but no one could answer this. When I got the pita the chicken was bad and I believe is pressed chicken not real. Then I returned it and got the Curly fries which were not hot. The customer service I got was not very friendly and it seemed like I was asking too much. No one said they were sorry. I should have gotten the fries for free but that did not happen. when you have a customer who is unhappy you should go out your way to make that person want to come back. First off I would like to so upset with the service I was provide with I serve in the usn military and I can not believe that the people I put my life on the life for are treating people this way u stop at the jack in the box on stemmons for a snack the first impression of the restaurant was unsatisfactory in front of me was three young ladies who was waiting very patiently there was a man who was working the register who look like the cook and should not be taking orders and making food I noticed later that they was understaffed but was no excuse for the service that was provide the young ladies ask if they could get waiting on because they were on there lunch break and needed to hurry back the manger which I later found out was the general manager which surprised me even more replied with “don”t rush me which was rude she was only implying that he should take her order instead of telling the other coworkers that he should not be at work on his day off after all of that I began ordering and I was given a coupon by one of the lady”s in the restaurant for a take you for my service I provide him with a coupon 2for 5 dollars after waiting 45 mins I still Did not receive my food so went to the counter to see how much longer a lady from drive through comes in and say she has the wrong order he then digs in her bag and try to give the burger to me and I said no sir I would like my money back he ask for my recipt and snatched it out my hand he gave me 4.10 back which was totally incorrect I asked for my recipt and he said I don”t know what I did with it I asked him to reprint it he said he didn”t know how I looked at the name on the register and the name was evyllen I have worked in fast food before and one thing I no is the you are not suppose to work under another employee register there was no female on duty. I asked for the manger name he responded with the general manager I am really displeased with the service I received it was down right rude and none of the customers deserved to be treated in that manner we only come to get our food and go on with our day not to be hassled with someone who didn”t want to be at work But the two employees where really sweet and kind but it”s sad that the general manager acted in such a bad way in front of them what kind of example is he showing

For 3 weeks now one of my favorite shows on tv runs a commercial for jack in the box. No problem Except the commercial is run in spanish only! Are you kidding me. The channel I watch is all in english so why would I want a commercial in spanish or any other language for that fact. I called Jack in the box regional and district and they still have not pulled it or changed it to english Last time I checked this was America, Talk about not reaching your target audience and insulting the generations of Americans aho came to this country and learned english. JAck in the box is boycooted by everyone we know now. Yes its a fact we have a lot of mexicans in this country but why am I having their language shoved down my throat.
