IN 2010 we bought our home frome Black Creek Homes and was sold on these Modular homes were beter than a mobile home . after seeing that the models the floors were heavy plywood and made like a real home inside i went for it. So after a while i saw moldings seperating after signing the molding agrement /insp. it stated ina few areas now ii is all over the home the 10 ft by 6 ft molding that covers the roof seames insided keeps seperating Why? I am a Diabled Veteran and was barley able to get up there to get a few screw in but its still coming down. the floor has shifted too and gap in the plywood which poked thru flooring . I got feeling this company just do not care
