On November 3, 2014 we received a request for a rush order for 500 Custom Woven Labels for a company logo with text from Anna Elizabeth of iJakeTheGreat.com. The labels were delivered on 11/14/14 per usps priority mail tracking number 9405511899561238131061. On 11/16/14 we received an email from Anna Elizabeth stating that the labels were not received. We realized that she lives in an apt in NYC and thought perhaps the labels may have been stolen. We felt bad so we rushed out and shipped another 500 labels at no charge on 11/17 which was delivered on 11/20 per usps priority tracking 9405511899561091746587. On January 8, our bank informed us that a charge back was made for the $189.03. The money was taken from our account. We are a small family business so this hurt us. We tried to reverse the charge back but it was declined a 2nd time stating that the customer still did not receive the labels and the case was closed by the bank. We wondered how is it possible that both shipments were not received? We then tried to make contact by phone several times. Each time there would be no answer and a recording saying that voice mail had not been set up so we could not even leave a message. We sent so many emails, also to no avail. All we wanted was an explanation. How could this be possible? So then we tried to make contact on social media. We were blocked from her facebook page (Jake the Great Pet Supplies), her Instagram account (ijakethegreat) and her Twitter account: Jake The Great @annaelizaeth8. Why would a customer block us after going overboard to help? By then we realized this must have been a setup with a plan to steal our labels. We decided to find out if in fact the labels were never received – we placed an order online at Anna Elizabeth’s website for some pet clothes. We received the pet clothing today and there are our labels!! OMG!! Sewn right into the items! We took a LOT of photos for eveidence. We sent another email today asking for our money back because we now have proof of theft – We finally got a reply – all we received back was foul language and names we would never use on the internet. We want a resolution. We want our money back since we now have proof (many product photos taken for proof!!!) of her theft of our custom made labels.
