James (Jim) Arthur Burns

Jim (James) Arthur Burns, who lived in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara last year, now residing in San Antonio, Tx, attended Richard King High School, entered into a Poker Contract (signed and dated) with James Cotton. The contract essentially outlined a cash investment into a bank account for J.B. to use to play poker. Although this was stricly a profession deal, the fact that the 2 had known each other for over 20 years made the terms of the contract easy to settle. J.C. could cancel the contract at any time as part of the agreement. After several months, and no return on the investment, the contract was cancelled by J.C. Per the contract, Jim Burns had 90 days to replenish the investment to J.C. per contract agreement. Jim Burns, after months of excuses as to why he could not pay back his obligation (“wild west stories”) ceased all contact with J.C. and failed to meet his contract obligation to pay the 3k back to J.C. Many attempts have been made to contact J.B. but he has since moved out of the state and changed his phone . .
