I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years experience in treating children, adolescents, and adults. I have a warm, caring approach to assessment and therapy provided in an attractive, private office setting. I treat anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, psychological and behavioral aspects of illness, life adjustment, and family, marital and relationship concerns. Specific and research supported therapies include cognitive-behavioral therapy, cognitive therapies, mindfulness, exposure and response prevention, intensive exposure, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), schema therapy, and relaxation techniques.
