(09/09/17) I stood at the counter waiting to be helped when a hair stylist arrived with 2 elderly customers to ring up their service. I wasn”t acknowledged at all. A few minutes later another hair stylist arrived at the counter and stood directly across from me signing on to the computer. She too didn”t acknowledge me let alone make eye contact. She in turn went to help her co-worker and the 2 elderly customers who were together and according to their conversation would be one transaction. After more than 7 minutes of being ignored, I stormed out. They lost my loyalty and business.

(I sent this to jcpenneys email online) I would like to complain about the Manager Jessica at the Avon, Ohio salon. The last 2 times I have been there when she has been working she has been very rude and unkind toward me, also the sale signs were not up the 2 times I have been there and the employees that ring in the salon do not know how to ring correctly! The first time I went there to return something I had a receipt and the stylist that was ringing me out I guess had clicked the wrong item that I was returning and it said this was not returnable so she then called her manager Jessica. Jessica made me explain the situation even though this obviously should have been the stylist ringings job since she had been the one who was having an issue with the register but I explained it anyways. After I explained she asked if I had used it I said I tried it but it was not what I was looking for. So she tried to return the item and it worked, since she clicked the right item but she then looked at me and was like “It doesn”t say that it”s not returnable” like I was the one who messed up! She should have been saying this to her employee not me the customer! A few months later… The most recent time I went I did not have a receipt since I had lost it but I did buy it within the last 30 days. I just wanted to exchange it for something that was the same price, so therefore it was an even exchange. So Jessica came to the desk to ring me out and I told her I wanted to exchange my item for something else she asked for the receipt I told her I did not have it. She then “inspected” my returning item which happend to only be a small shampoo and accused me of using it already which I had not, and even if I had if you try it once you can always return or exchange it if you do not like it! So she looked at me before she decided to do the exchange and said I remember you from a few months back you came in without a receipt then too (which obviously I did not otherwise I wouldn”t have had the situation I explained above). I said actually I had the receipt then she was like either way this is the last time you are allowed to return something here with out a receipt! I just took my bag and walked away and figured I would e-mail you on here to let you know what kind of person you have representing Jcpenneys! Also I want to let you know I happen to work at another Jcpenneys as a receptionist so I know the rules and Jessica did not know this which means if she is treating me this way then she most likely is treating other customers this way too. The only reason I had went to this salon was the first time I had been since I bought it from there and the second time at my salon we did not have the product I wanted so I figured I could exchange it at the Avon one since I was told that they had it. That manager needs to learn that you are allowed to return an item (provided that we still even sell that item and its not a year or so old and that you didn”t use half of it), to make sure the sale signs are up, that there is someone in the front to take care of customers and good customer service!

Went online to request exchange or refund, fully expecting an easy process beginning with a printable UPS label or some such. I Item was stolen from me during the payment process. Astonished and upset because I thought I was buying it. It was only a miracle I saw the difference in totals on the paypal side. Contacted customer service-rep wasn”t much help. Asked for Manager-Felicia didn”t care and was a bit rude. I still feel after over 10 years of shopping with Penneys, I should have been rectified for my loss. My heart was on this item for my little girl and I was paying for it. It never should have been snagged from me at that point. That should have been impossible. Now I have to tell my child, Penneys took it away. She will not be happy. I am not happy. Not sure if I want to keep doing business with Penney”s at this point. That is how angry I am. And Customer Service should have at least tried to offer some solutions. Nothing. 12/16/17 TWO INCIDENTS: This morning I ordered a toaster and two other items on-line. When I tried to check-out everything went quickly, and the final order did not include the toaster. I had an on-line chat with “Madison” and requested she cancel the order (I kept a copy of the chat). A few minutes ago, I received shipping notification that order was processed. Second incident: Three weeks ago I ordered a diamond ring and it had to be sized. Ring was promised for delivery in two weeks. No call so I called (it has been three weeks) and after speaking to two snitty jewelry section clerks, was told the order had arrived but the phone number they were calling was bad. I have given my new phone number to numerous JCPenney employees at least four times; I moved two years ago. I just tried to call JCPenney, there is a 69-minute wait. What a waste of my time.

The super nice cashier Assoc. #0246, explained that as a reward member I may have coupons via email so I proceeded to go to my email via cellphone. The wi-fi was not working at check out. The cashier stated I could bring my purchase back to apply the coupon if I find one the next day. I planned on shopping more as I didn”t get everything I needed on 12/2/17. When I got in line the cashier, Kim (she stated), associate #0391, nastily stated I can”t apply my coupon on previous purchases items. I stated what I was told from the other JCPenney”s in Woodmore just yesterday I could. She said it wasn”t her fault. I explained that the wi-fi wasn”t working and technically it was JCPenney”s wi-fi fault. She did not apply my coupon. I was told before that if I returned all my items to try to apply the coupon, that that wouldn”t work because they would have to return the items to the floor first and I”d have to find them. NOT RIGHT AT ALL. I returned one shirt just to collect data on this associate; I returned a small purchase of $15.89). Because of this, I had to go back to Woodmore and a very nice cashier named Mary #0455, didn”t even hesitate to return my items and apply my coupon. It took a minimum of 3 minutes (check the receipts). She thanked me as well! It appears that JCPenney”s in Forestville discriminates (institutionalized racism) and your cashier appears to have internalized racism tendencies. ALL JCPenney”s should abide by the same policy. There isn”t anything specifically posted about current coupon shouldn”t and couldn”t be applied. I have never had this problem at any other JCPenney stores and they”ve happily perform this transaction when the coupon is currently active AND I had all my items that I purchased with me. Why is the JCPenney Forestville customers treated differently??? I live in this area and this is the 3rd time that I”ve been told this transaction could not happen! I”m very upset that I have to travel farther away from my home to get quality customer service and to have a coupon applied when it would”ve been applied at JCPenney”s Forestville. I request something in writing or some action to STOP this type of treatment to the customers. It is unethical. I called to speak to the store manager about this and was on hold for 56 minutes and then disconnected. I called back and was on hold for 5 minutes then disconnected. I never spoke to the manager. This is unacceptable and as a former assistant store manager and cashier with Sears, Macy”s, Limited, Express, Hudsons, and Capezio this needs to be addressed. I will not let this rest. The cashiers at the store are not approachable, friendly and this should not be the FACE of JCPenney”s. Kudos to Mary at Woodmore #0194, it took her approximately 3 minutes to do this transaction and it was clear to me that Store#1951 has some serious issues (as noted above).

13 year old granddaughter wanted a new outfit to wear to her birthday party. because I am aware of the financial struggles penneys has been in, I decided to take her there. went to the store on Youree Dr., in Shreveport, LA. Very disappointed in the appearance and clothing layout of the store. clothes not set up for coordinating purchase, no sales reps on the floor, overall messy. actually felt I was in a discount, K-Mart type, business. got quite frustrated. would find a top granddaughter liked and then would have to search other departments for the bottom. ending giving up and leaving without purchasing. sad. 2018-1285-8064-9338 order submitted 5/8/18 I ordered this product and immediately rec”d a confirmation email telling me my order was in progress. After about 12 days (you say 5-7 business days for delivery), I called customer service to be told it had shipped and should be at the store. I went to the store and they said it wasn”t there but checked in the back anyway with no success. They advised they would have another delivery that weekend. Back I go again today, 3 weeks after the order was placed to be told the same thing. I asked them to call the “catalogue place” they kept referring to which they did. Only to come back and tell me that my item was out of stock when I ordered it, is still out of stock, and they have no idea when it will be back in stock. Not only have I wasted 3 weeks and 2 full lunch hours on this fiasco, but I am now out of a product that is part of a treatment plan i”ve been taking for 3 months with no immediate place to purchase it. I was told I couldn”t cancel it but I wouldn”t be charged until it eventually is delivered and then I can cancel it. Really poor show jcp!! If something is out of stock, don”t sell it on your website and don”t confirm the order is in progress. I”ve had the runaround and wasted a lot of time and effort.

4/13/17 I ordered 2 skorts on line for JC Penny. when my order verification was e-mailed to me, I realized it was being shipped to a store in Parma, Ohio and I live in Johnstown, PA. I called the customer service the next morning when I realized the mistake. my order was still pending shipment. the first girl I talked to did not know what to do so she put me on hold and then I was hung up on (after being on hold for an additional 15 minutes). I called back and was told that there was nothing that could be done and I would have to wait until the package arrived in Parma, then I should call customer service back and they would cancel my order. I STILL WANT MY ORDER! it was not shipped out until 4/17 and yet there was no way to make an address change on 4/14. it is now 4/19, the product has not yet arrived in Parma, and I am left hanging!!! I hope I get my money back before this place closes. and people wonder why they are closing?????

40+ year customer of JCP. Not anymore! I frequently shop JCP and take home several sizes of the same garment so that I can try-on at home. I traditionally take back about half of the items since it is size I am concerned about. On 7/17/2017 I tried to exchange a bathing suit and the cash register spit out a receipt that says, “RETURN DECLINED”. Evidently I have returned too many items and am now flagged by “The Retail Equation” as a possible loss (theft) customer. REALLY!!! I hate trying on in store, our local store (20+ miles from my home) only carries a small sampling of clothing. I order frequently on line, make sure I order enough to obtain free shipping, order additional sizes so that I can try on and select the best size. If I was “stealing” from them, why would I have a balance on my JCP card.

6/29/18 I ordered a sofa, love seat and chair – order number 1674611 I was told it would be delivered on June 29th between 1-3 pm. They arrived at 6:55 pm. I was prepared for being held hostage for my afternoon but not my evening. This is totally unacceptable. I took off from work and also missed dinner with friends. The men who delivered the furniture were polite. However, the sofa had two tears in the leather upon arrival. See attached photos The recliner was missing the power supply necessary for it to recline. We were told that we would be contacted about a replacement sofa. Does that mean I must endure another day in which I must take personal time off wondering when my furniture will arrive? 7/11/17 between 215-245 PM. Today while I was shopping in the WilkesBerre store I noticed that there was a lack of customer service. Not a single person came to greet me, or see how I was doing. It was almost impossible to shop because of how messy the store was. I couldn”t be in there longer than about thirty minutes because of this. While I was searching the store I found myself in clearance, and I noticed that THREE of the associates were gossiping for 15 minutes instead of actually working. I also noticed that there is a lack of sensors on the clothing, in a highly thefted area.

7/11/19, I went in on 7/3/19 to get a carmelazation on my hair, which is low and high lights. Not only did she not add any blonde, but she tried to charge with me a haircut, I didn”t ask for plus a glow and seal thing. I didn”t ask for.. I told her she didn”t add hardly any almost no blonde she told me my hair would lighten up then and wanted me to call her cell but I lost her card so I had to go through the customer service and then made another appointment well when I was there not only was she super late, over twenty minutes, but she got made because they added me to the schedule and over processed my hair. My hair is WHITE, the ends are destroyed.. She has completely ruined my hair. For such a professional company, I am so upset with the service. Then they had no manager or supervisor I could talk too!! She told me the manager would call me when she could because she is off now?!?! 7/8/18-Went to Columbia Mall”s JC Penney to try on and hopefully, purchase a bathing suit. After trying on several, I became discouraged and began to put on my street clothes. As I was zipping my jean skirt, I noticed a smiling male peeping at me from under the dressing room door. I grabbed the door and followed this 8 or 9 yr old Indian male to his female counterpart and yelled, “this boy is looking at me from under the door while I”m dressing!” She apologized and pulled the boy to her waistline. I was pissed. I buttoned my skirt and left the dressing room. On my way out of the women”s department, I approached a manager and told her of my experience and I left the store. I am appalled! I have 2 sons-17 and 20 and I assure you, this has never happened while shopping, otherwise, we would be put out of the store!. I have lost my faith in JC penney, child rearing in general and putting myself in a dressing room alone. A cashier named “Olivia” was very rude to me when I declined to open a JC Penney credit card. I repeatedly explained to her twice that I don”t shop at the store frequently. When I was ready to make a payment, Olivia was asking for my Social Security number. I did not give her my number. Her tone of voice was very disrespectful there was no need of her to ask for my social. I do not know her reasoning, but it made it sound like she was assuming I wasn”t from the country and perhaps she thought I didn”t own a credit card because I did not have documents such a SS number? After I told her stores never ask for it, she tried to brush it off and pretending she couldn”t hear my response. It”s irritating her assuming I was international when I”m not. This was the worst experience I encountered at JC Penney last evening July 24th around 9pm. Other stores have never demand to give them my Social security number before making a purchase payment.

A few weeks ago I got an email from JC Penny asking that I answer several questions and that if I answered all of the questions I would receive a $500 JC Penny card. There were many many questions, some I could not answer because it was a company wanting me to buy one of two products which I did not want to do. At that point I stopped answering and left the site. These were all sites from schools and businesses. Immediately, the same day I started getting about 50 SPAM messages from all these businesses every day. Fortunately I have a SPAM filter with McAfee but a few get through everyday. I am even getting mail from schools wanting me to register. A few years ago I was in Aurora, Colorado taking care of my 25 year old son while he went through a stem cell transplant, he was active duty Marine. Unfortunately he didn”t survive the ordeal. I had taken lots of clothing with me, I was there about 4 months, but didn”t fathom he wouldn”t survive and had not packed any dress clothes. I went to a JCPenney store and purchases a complete suit along with a nice pair of shoes. I wore that suit to my son”s funeral, put the suit and shoes away in my closet when I returned home. A year or 2 later I again wore the suit and shoes to my mother”s funeral, and a year later wore the same to my father”s funeral. Each time the shoes were returned to their spot in my closet. Last weekend instead of a funeral. I had the opportunity to wear this outfit complete with my shoes to a wedding, it was my only brothers daughter. The wedding went great, thank goodness I didn”t need to walk or move very often because at the end of the wedding as we celebrated their union and stood outside cheering on the happy couple, I noticed I was walking lopsided. Upon further examination, I realized I had completely lost 1 heel from those shoes, by the time we walked to our car I had lost both heels and parts of the soles. I was so embarrassed to have lost a heel and everywhere I walked a black shoe print from my shoes in this extremely prestige Catholic church. I”m not sure how or if you can ever make this right, but wanted to at least give the opportunity. Thanks, Marty White. A person who is the first customer of the day should NOT have to wait 1 1/2 hours after their eye exam to get help in ordering glasses. Boise, Idaho”s JcPenney Optical business better get on the right track, or lose customers. Apparently they have not trained their employees that this is not acceptable. You pay a pretty penny for the glasses, and I find this to be unacceptable business practices. I do not suggest you waste your money here. Find an optical center that is for real, this is a joke. About a week ago I was in the Montgomery IL location for a return. I was returning a pair of boots I had purchased 7 days prior to the date of my return. I could not find my receipt and understood the return policy of reciving the lowest price in the last 45 days. I originally paid 25.00 for the boots. The lady told me I was going to receive store credit since I didn”t have my receipt and I was fine with that. She did all of her stuff on the computer and then she looked at me and said i was going to recieve 2.19 back. And I said for the boots really. I said ok I guess that”s fine. Then I proceeded to go find the stand of boots in the store because there was alot left when I purchased them. Turned out they were in sale for 14.99. I took the boots back to the counter and asked you mean to tell me that they went from 25.99 a week ago to 2.19 back up to 14.99. The lady rudely said to me well that what they came up as so that”s all I can do. So i looked at her saying so I got 2.19 for them and your going to resell them for 14.99. She just blankly stared at me. I told her to have a nice day. I understand I probably wouldn”t get what I paid for them but really 2.19 that”s crap. I will never be shopping at any jcpenny again.

Called customer service, the woman was horribly rude (11/24/17, 11-11:15 PM) I tried to explain that I received whtb I thought was n order number, she asked for my phone number, and said there was no order completed. After placing an order online at jcpenney, I feel like I was tricked into signing up for a rewards program (Perfect home 2 enrollment) , after you place your order you are asked if you want to save $10.00 by signing up for this. If you do not cancel within 30 days they will charge you $9.95. I know I didn’t have to do this, but keep in mind just a few days I was in their store. And on the bottom of my receipt was a rewards deal through jcpenney! That is what I thought I was doing! I was so upset that I called and cancelled my ordered! As for the other I have to wait till I get my packet of wonderful membership benefits and call the number on it.

After visiting 4 JCP stores to find a top I really like, I ordered some online. I want an identical top to one I already bought with the pattern centered on the V-neck – as shown on the website – and not one with the pattern off-center. I ordered 4 of the same top thinking at least one of them would be centered but NONE were so I need to return them all. I tried calling the JCP ‘Customer Service’ line – what a MISNOMER that is! – and was placed on hold for OVER 40 minutes while they tried to connect me to a ‘hand-pick unit’ who theoretically could find the pattern-centered top I want to buy. No one picked up. I was a half-hour late getting back to work because I did not want to lose my place in the phone line but it was a totally, stupidly, fruitless endeavor. Agreed to purchase bedroom furniture from J.C. Penney (somewhat hesitantly), agreed on a date for delivery. We did our part to prepare the room. We were given a window of 4 hours (all of which was during the work day which required someone to take off). The bottom line is that George Moving and Storage (contractor) called 4 1/2 hours later to say they were ready to deliver the furniture (in the dark and in the rain) at 9:40 pm on a Friday which we refused. The moving company closed at 5:00 pm and J.C. Penney customer service closed at 7:00 pm. So, Saturday we awaited J.C.Penney to take action for us to get our furniture and nothing happened the entire day. Monday the moving company was closed. Tuesday J.C.Penney customer service said we would receive our furniture on Tuesday. We wanted to be compensated for our loss of wages for the day and the only offer was $125.00 off of $3, 025.00. At first they did not want to offer me anything until the furniture was set up in my home which I would not allow. Because, if the answer was no, I wasn”t accepting the furniture, which I didn”t. I cancelled the order. The customer service rep seemed surprised. But, you know what I am tired of J.C. Penney treating the customer like crap. I”ll take my business and go elsewhere. Don”t say you were warned. Don”t buy furniture from them if at all possible! I wished I would have seen this site before I even thought about purchasing it.

Almost two months ago I purchased two pairs of skinny flex Arizona jeans, both pairs I bought have ripped one pair in the left back pocket at the seam of the pocket, and the other in the right back pocket at the seam, only weeks apart. Before this I had always been a fan of Arizona jeans and bought that brand of jeans frequently but after this unfortunate experience I don”t think I will be able to spend anymore money on them with the risk of them ripping so soon. Always go to JC Penney in January for “white” linen sales. Sign indicated “40% Discount for Retail Priced Home Items $40 or more). Selected two bathroom towels (item [protected] priced at $18) and a packet of eight washcloths (item [protected] at $6…totaling $42 retail. Cashier (Brenda) said that the washcloths were “valued items” and we not part of the promotion. I showed her that they were directly under the “40% discount” sign, but she said it was a mistake. She told me to pick one of the other wash cloths (at $12 EACH) and she could offer the discount. I said know and started to leave. I then witnessed three other customers given the same “bait and switch” sales offer. All three customers were clearly senior citizens and they all declined to purchase. I walked back up to Brenda and asked for the General Manager. In a few minutes, Randy came up and introduced himself as the Manager. I showed him the articles I selected and he provided the same explanation. “We don”t know how these “valued items” were placed in the area, but they are not part of the promotion”. I told him I was going to contact the State Attorney”s Office to complaint for defrauding senior citizens. He walked over to Brenda and told her “to give him whatever he wants”. When I checked the bag at my car, I noticed that Brenda had placed an additional green towel in my bag!! I went back into the store and asked for another manager. Cody arrived introducing himself as a manager. The situation was explained again. Although he was apologetic, I did not feel he understood the gravity of the situation, so I request the GM, Zahir Kareem. Mr. Rekeem listed to the story and was extremely apologetic. He didn”t understand his employee”s reluctance to honor, what appeared, was the store”s error. He advised he would have a staff meeting and explain to his staff that, if we confuse the customer, to simply honor their honest attempt to satisfy our discount requirements. Although he sounded sincere, I still felt it was strange that the staff, continuously, used a “bait and switch” sales approach and I have filed a written complaint with the Florida State Attorney”s Office and the Florida Department of Elder Affairs. Obviously, unless assurances are made by JC Penney, that this unethical sales behavior we be met with actual concern, we will no longer consider your store for future purchases. And never order from their catalog. They didn’t offer the items I wanted in the store, but said they were available online. Even though I planned to order online, since I was in the store already I decided to buy the new ($3) catalog since it came with a $5 coupon “good for catalog orders or orders from jcpenny. com”. Unfortunately when I placed the order online, the promotion code didn’t work, so I called customer service. They said the code was not for $5 off, but instead for free shipping. So I said great, give me the free shipping. They said it had to be for items from the catalog and the items I wanted were in the catalog, but that the cost of the very same items from the catalog rather than online would cost me more than the cost of the s&h I would be saving!?! So I said then ship it to the store and i’ll just pick it up. Only to find out that they charge almost as much if I pick it up at the store as if I had it delivered to my home. Somehow it costs them exactly the same wether they toss it on the daily truck from the warehouse to the store, as it does to have ups deliver the item to my door. I swear this is the last time I shop there.

April 30, 2018, bought Samsung Refrigerator. Everything fine for 2 MONTHS. Then Ice maker froze up. The next day lost all food in freezer. Refrigerator worked fine. Two service calls later problem supposedly fixed. Tech was gone 5 minutes and refrigerator started heating up. Reading 74 degrees inside. Now nothing works no refrigeration. No ice. No freezer. Living out of coolers. It”s a weekend. Can”t reach service on weekend. Refrigerator making horrible sound. This piece of junk cost $2800. Penney”s said their return policy is 30days. As a loyal customer of J.C.Penny, I am very disappointed in this rule.I shop at J.C.Penny at least 5 out of 7 days a week.The associates and managers know me by name and jokingly calls me Ms. J C Penny. I”ve even been offered employment there. Having to order in store online for my items, sometimes they come back to large because of the cut or to short because of the style. In these cases I try to reorder or exchange but now this option doesn”t exist.Also when shopping for my family and friends this will become a major problem.Especially if its a gift .I”ve paid for orders and didn”t receive them, so I patiently waited. After patiently waiting they never showed up, so the associate was happy to refund me my money. on last week I purchased work clothes for my daughter, but found out she couldn”t wear that style of clothing to work. the associate tried to exchange them, but the system gave her a flat out no, even tho I had the receipt. now i”m stuck with this purchase and were not able to use them. This is outright bad customer service. Shopping should be about ease, comfortable, fun, and saving money. Shouldn”t have to be worried about losing your hard earned money. In saying all of this I suggest to all the customers at JCPenny be very careful in your purchases, because they will stick you with the items you cant use, that may become a problem, or concern. JCPenny is pretty much saying they want your money more than your business. Since I do have to purchase a lot of my items in store online, i will shop else where here on out. As a single parent I don”t have money to give or throw away. If you were worried about closing your stores before, using this rule you can get ready for the customers to shut you down. At approximately 3:30 on Sunday, September 3, we shopped at JCPenneys at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, Tx. My husband was trying to purchase a Nike jacket and sweat pants for our daughter. The sales clerk would not scan the clothes until he agreed to get a JCPenney credit card. She also said that he would get 40% off of the purchase. When the card was approved, Sonita then told my husband he couldn”t get the 40% off Nike purchases. He didn”t purchase the items. Later he complained to another manager, who asked for Sonitas name. We saw Sonora in the store later and she followed us around and told me that she knew how we felt without allowing me to say anything. I had to tell her to quit following me around the store but she continued to do so. I have shopped at Penneys my entire life but this experience had turned me off from ever coming to the store again.

At the begining of june we brought my engagement ring into jcpenny to have a stone replaced and to have it cleaned and polished before our wedding in August. 4 weeks later we get the ring back and when they cleaned my ring the took off all the rose gold plating and they cracked my band in 2 spots, with one of those spots being all the broken that i could pull it apart. So we threw a fit and they sent it back rushed to fix it, 2 weeks later we get a call and its back my soon to be husband went and picked it up and they sort of fixed the band they fused the bad crack but you can see where the cracks were and they didnt do the rose gold plating correctly it was spotty and what they did do you can rub right off i have cried now a few times because it is now to late to send it back to have it replated, so i have a ring that looks absolutely horrible now i will never buy any jewelry from jcpenny again

At the begining of the this year I purchased my wife a set of earrings 14K WG Hoop earrings code [protected] priced at $312. and we got it on sale at a 50% I believe from your JC Penney”s store at the Posner shopping center located in Davenport Florida. Great store by the way. Yesterday my wife”s right earring fell off and she hasn”t found it. She really loved them and she is so sad about the lost. So I then proceeded to call the store to see if they could order a replacement earring and they told me that they could not order 1 earring but on-line could probably do that so I proceeded to call them. At the Monroe Louisiana Jcpenneys location I purchased an green express hoodie that was marked down from 47$ to 23$ and I had the cashier ring me up for the hoodie she tells me it”s on sale for 28$ and I told her there is a sign above the hoodies on the rack saying its on sale for 23$ and I offer to go grab the sign (which specifically says that brand name is on sale) and when I come back with the sign she reads it and types something in on the computer telling me it”s going to be 24$ before tax. I ask why it”s not 23$ and she says she can”t ring it up for that price. Not trying to get angry I paid for it at that price anyway but I am seriously not happy with how things went down. If you list something as a certain price you legally have to sell it at that price. Considering she was the only cashier I could find to begin with there was no way I would be able to find someone else who knew what they were doing. Hoping you will make things right.

Back on 12/20/19 I purchase a men’s travel kit with colon samples for a gift at the Sephora counter . I took the package home . My wife look at the item in the bag it was never opened by anyone. she saw the photo on the sleeve said to return it it wasn’t what she had in mind.
