Initially called them and had phone conversation. Spoke english well. They sent me an invoice with banking details. I wired the money to the account. I followed up with them and they acknowledged receipt of the money and told me they would sent me the shipping details/tracking info. I have followed up with multiple emails and phone calls and they are now MIA. Already reached out and reported international fraud to my local FBI office and econsumer.gov site.
