Dear Team, i brought my swift LDI-MP04-CQ-2706 car on 03/06/16 at jeewan motors service station for the 3rd servicing of my car. Even in last 2 servicing i was complaining that my car is not giving good average but all time attender was responding, that in 3rd service all your average issue will resolve for life time for sure because we will change engine oil & will set average. Hence i specified three major points to the attender regarding the 3rd service of my car. 1. First and foremost the average of the car drastically fell down from 22 to 15, which is very much critical issue. 2. Front steel grill was dislocated which was supposed to be properly located. 3. Car was producing some weird sound from body along with engine which were suppose to taken care off Instead i paid the amount of 3500/- for that day servicing, but all these problems remained same. All my friend and society members having swift and their’s cars are giving average of more than 22. It means either you have sold me the defected product or average setting could not take place proper. i was out of station from past 20 days that is why i could not bring it to your notice but now i want immediate solution.
