So you get called in for an interview. Over the phone they tell you this is a customer service position and does not entail sales. They also lie again telling you this is salary based. It’s all on commission. You’re working 8-6 Mon-F just to make a little commission. You’re selling xfinity products in a Walmart. There are no benefits, no pto, 401k oh and if you’re sick or have a medical emergency, forget it. You’re not getting paid and the manager has no sympathy. He constantly messages our phone asking you for favors. For the admin position, you’re basically lying to people on the phone scheduling interviews, everyday. Still, there are no benefits. He cuts your pay if he sees the leads are down and think that is going to help you bring in more people by telling you that you can make bonuses. Truly., there are no documents that you sign when you first get hired. This business is faulty and not worth the struggle.
