I have bought Yamaha FZS FI Version 2.0 on February 2015 at JMB Yamaha Annanagar paid full cash before the bike was shown, later the Sales Guy gave me the demo bike (which is used for demo and have some people already ridden it), when i prompt why am i being given a demo bike the sales guy just said this is the only available piece. Anyways i bought the bike nonetheless. January 12 2016 i went to give the bike for 5th free service (at Aminjikarai). I was being told to come by 6PM, i went and took the bike at 6:30 PM, didn”t check much since it was dark already and i had to rush back to office. Today afternoon i noticed i missed rubber handlebar damper. I got frustrated and i complained, they were kept on saying we didn”t take it out. At the end the guy says you will need to buy it. I mean we bought their product and giving money for the service (please do note that free service does come with a cost i had paid 670 this time). That is what i want to complain why the parts are being taken.

I have given a Yamaha Ray ZR vehicle (TN10 BC2191) for service at the service center JMB Yamaha service center which is located in Shenoy nagar, Near Billroth hospital, Chennai, on 21st May”18. The damages occured due to accident. In service center, they committed that the vehicle will be repaired in 15 – 20 days. 21.05.16 – handed over the vehicle at service center for repair. 28.05.16 – I called the service center regarding the insurance related documents submission. 03.06.18 – Called the service center regarding the repair status. The service engineer told that the spare parts ordered & the vehicle will be repaired in 3 days. After 4 days again contacted the service center for the status but again they said awaiting for spare parts. Then I called Mr. Magesh (Spares manager) regarding the spare parts. Mr. Magesh said that he will arrange the spares and the vehicle will be delivered on 11.06.18. 11.06.18 – Contacted the service center (Mr. Karthik 9551777762) for delivery of vehicle. But he said that still awaiting for spare parts. They said that the service engineer was on leave for the past 1 week, due to that the vehicle was not taken care. So he committed that the vehicle will be delivered in 3 days surely. 14.06.18 – After 3 days again I contacted them and he again they said that spares arrived and the vehicle will be delivered in 2 days. 18.06.17 – Contacted Mr. Prabhakaran (Service manager). He also said the same story that he will focus on that and the vehicle will be delivered in 2 days. 21.06.17 – contacted the service engineer again for the Nth time and he said that spares arrived and there is bend in frame so that the vehicle will be delivered on the next day. But again not happened. 23.06.17 – Contacted Mr. Prabhakaran (Service manager) and he will make a con. call with the service engineer and shouted them and committed that the vehicle will be delivered on Monday (25.06.18). 25.06.18 – Contacted the service center and the service engineer said that the vehicle has repaired and waiting for serveyor conformance. So the vehicle will be delivered on 26.06.17 (Today) @ 6.00pm. 26.06.18 (today) – my cousin contacted the service engineer to ensure the delivery time of vehicle. But today again they are telling the awesome story that, they have received the wrong spares and they did the mismatch assembly. I wondered that how a service engineer can”t identify the difference between the spares of different vehicles. My cousin contacted the sales manager today and he fought with him regarding this. I don”t know to whom I suppose to escalate further. I want to contact your MD regarding the issue. If possible revert back with his contact details. The worst service I have ever seen in my life. I”m very disappointed about your service. From last 23 days I”m spending Rs.100/- per day to go office. So far I spent RS.2300/- for cabs to go office daily. Who is taking responsible for the loss? Kindly handover my vehicle in 2 days with perfect service otherwise replace the vehicle with new one. Or else just take the vehicle itself and return back my money. Are you playing with customers? After 2 days I”m not going to follow with any of your employees. I need my vehicle or a new one in 2 days. Otherwise I”ll approach you legally, just ready to face that. Regards, Padmapriya JD
