My family and I were looking for a place where we could make some memories and spend some quality holidays together. I got to know about Jockey Club through my friend and we planned a trip which was certainly not a very good idea. The reservation process was a headache. I called the hotel and found out that the front desk lady is not present there and I was transferred to a voice mail. After numerous efforts, we finally got a booking and went ahead with our trip which was nothing less than a torturous ride. I wish I had better reviews for this spot, yet I don\’t. Our initial room didn\’t have a working thermostat and had shavings everywhere throughout the restroom sink. I went downstairs to address the issues and the manager around then just shrugged us and after a serious argument gave us another room. In the new room, we discovered a hair in the bedsheets and the bath did not deplete appropriately. First night around 2:30 am we found a bug in the bed so we had to check all the cover sheets and we found a few others as well. It was such a hassle in the middle of the night and we couldn’t sleep all night although we were dead tired because of a long flight. In the morning I was feeling itchy all over my body because of the attack made by bugs. We went downstairs to complain to the manager but he didn’t listen to us and called the security team to shut us up. There were obvious bug bites on my body but they just handed over an ointment and didn’t give any refund or apologized. They were so relaxed and unaffected by the incident like it has happened many times before. The pool area is very small and unattractive and the water in the pool is dirty and stinky. It just spoils the fun of swimming and you feel like getting out of the pool instantly. The Wi-Fi here is very bad and the radio signal was even worse. You feel like you are cut off from the world and trapped in a deserted island because you have no access to the internet. The food here is a hopeless case. The service is extremely slow and it took 2 hours to get soup and steak. The taste was really bad and the ingredients used were old and stale. They should replace their chefs if they want their customers to eat at the club. The checkout was also a mess because the staff was too slow in processing and it took us an hour to get out of that lousy place. Overall, our trip got ruined because of this horrendous place. My family blames me for ruining their trip as I was the one who took them there. Biggest mistake ever!

Stay away now while you can. Don’t be fooled and swindled by their fake marketing and promotions and look for some other nice place to relax and unwind.
