I don’t advise you to contact Joey Jones Mortgage Team for loan agreements.
They don’t communicate with clients when the paperwork is complete. I didn’t have a pleasant experience with employees at the company. No experience in communication skills, knowledge of the company policies and no excellent client’s service.
I had no idea of a closing date for loan agreements.
No information on paperwork and of other investment agreements.
Nothing for me felt good from this company. I waited for two weeks and no replied to my phone calls or got back to me as they promised.
As a new home buyer, I didn’t know what to expect. They know the expectations but didn’t help me as I needed them to in this loan agreement.
They took no interest in my case and I felt disappointed with their poor behaviors from a small office.
There was no truth in what they promised, and I don’t recommend Joey Jones Mortgage Team to others.
This company doesn’t deserve the best feedback for the lack of communication and for the worst client service.
I don’t appreciate the rude behaviors from the team and to have to one side and at the company, it is the way I felt.
My disapproved loan wasn\’t clear and had no contact from the team on the progress of loan agreements.
The unresponsive team doesn’t deserve feedback from me.
They ignored my requests and didn’t hear from them since my last visit to the company.
No skills in client’s service and no values of clients show me their lack of a good personality.
The issues I experienced caused me stress and frustration from Joey Jones Mortgage Team.
No qualifications for loan agreements and aren’t an upbeat team. No confidence I decision making didn’t give me what I wanted for my new home.
The teams weren’t pleasant and didn’t give me the experience I expected from the company.
No concern for client’s loan deals, and no assistance every step of the way.
Loan agreement’s information wasn\’t available to me from the team at Joey Jones Mortgage Team.
I wasn’t enlightened of the documentation requirements and of the credit debt check from their side.
The mortgage lender is after the upfront fees and high rate charges from my loan application.
These people don’t care about the client’s needs.
A terrible experience I had with the company and wished I had not gone there.
It was a great disappointment for me from this company. Working skills are none and the endless paperwork didn’t get the loan approved.
They misplaced my file and expected me to wait on them to back to me.
I didn’t hear from the team for weeks and they failed to get back to me any new information.
The one time the team emailed to thank me and let me know my loan disapproved.
I learned to research other companies for better services and teamwork.
