It couldn’t get any worse when I took my car to the John Piechowski Automotive. My car was facing several issues and I being a corporate worker wanted my car to be repaired quickly. I knew less about the place and had no idea that they would make it this worse. I had scheduled an online appointment with the firm and took my car for repair on the fixe day. I had to wait for half an hour for my turn even after making appointments. The manager gave me the cost of the repair and it was affordable so I agreed to them. I paid them the money so that they could start working in my car. I was told that I would be informed as soon as the car was repaired so I went away.
It was more than 3 hours when the manager called me and told me to report as soon as I could. I thought that the work was done and I was very happy until I reached the place. The scenario was different. I saw the front side of the car was damaged with few dents and scratches. I was shocked and asked them what the matter was about. The manager then said that he called me to make me aware of the scratch which was there from before and they should not be held responsible for it. I was speechless and I couldn’t believe in my eyes that they didn’t even accept it was there mistake. I became very furious and made them understand that the scratch was not there from before I came into the place, it was an additional mistake by one of his workers. The workers were very much confident about it and told the manager that the dent was there from before. It was by this time I realized that I came to the wrong place. The manager then told me that my previous work was done and they would charge extra for the repair of the dent. It was very disappointing but I had no other option than to repair the dent from this place because it was getting late and dark.
I completed the payment and waited there as a witness to see if they don’t mess anything else up. It took them more than an hour to remove the dent. After the work being done, I went away and was pissed off by their false business. The problem didn’t end here, it was not more than a week when my car started giving problems. The engine was getting heated in very little time and this was the same problem as it had before the repair. I called the place to tell them about the complications but they denied to provide any kind of help without payments. My mood couldn’t get any worse. I had to swallow all of it as a hard pill. I would suggest every last person on earth stay away from the John Piechowski Automotive. It was a total waste of money and time for me. I don’t want the same to happen with anyone else. Thank you!
