Hello!! I made a purchase from some china based website, www.jollychic.com for USD 101.1 They sent the courier by Aramex. When the courier arrived India, I got a call from Aramex to submit the payment proof, Internet price list of the products etc. I submitted all the documents. After that I got a call from them stating that the fair value of the order is Rs.15000 and I have to pay Rs. 4416 as custom duty. I am being charged for more than 60% as custom duty for my order. I don”t understand how can the fair value of the order be Rs.15000 when I paid around Rs. 7000 for it. I don”t understand what to do. I submitted an order with my family from Jolly chic, I received some good stuff and others had really bad quality and other stuff did not even fit for being very small, so I contacted jolly check for a return that took a lot as their system did not recognize that I have received the order. however after I requested the return, I received a call from one of their agents telling me to send them pics that their is an issue and they will refund me my money. I actually did that and they agreed on refunding me and since then I have been going through a lot of hassle. I requested this to be refunded to my PayPal account. I gave them my Paypal account and they kept saying this account is incorret. I provided them with another account and they said it has been approved. after the approval. I waited for almost 3 weeks but still nth refunded. then I emailed them again and again and again. they said that they cannot refund the money because of regional restrictions??! what does that even mean!! how can they take money from your credit card and nth like these restrictions were mentioned and now it suddenly appeared when I wanted my refund. then they said that they can refund me but I will have to pay a transnational transaction!!! I am not uncertain about other people”s experience but mine was just awful and i would not recommend dealing with them at all as it will be tiring with no resolution to their endless problems. I am very disappointed for the dishonesty and misleading information provided in jollychic website. When I placed my first order 17 Feb 2018 for 2 iPhoneX total of $2386 (SAR 8, 947.50) with order number JI18021716321060970600 it indicated the items shipment from Saudi Arabia I called their customer service which confirmed to me that the items will be shipped from China because they are out of stock in Saudi store and due to the Chinese new year holiday shipment may take up to 15 days. After writing to their customer service a big complaint, they canceled the order rather than Shipping it from Saudi store! I had placed an order 4 tops from jollychic. It is with great expectation I placed these orders. I was excited as the products looked good on the site. My friends had in fact warned me and told me about the bad service of this company. However I didnt listen. However when I received the products, I found that products were not as described by them; one top was damaged, one was of completely different color, one of small in size, one was totally different looking. I took approval for return, wherein I mentioned all the reasons for return. Got approval, however in the approval mail they mentioned that return is at my cost. I contacted their customer service agent and explained everything. Told him why should I bear return charges as the mistake was jollychic’s. I didnt get any satisfactory reponse. After several continuous follow ups, they said they will bear return charges, if they found the return was due to their fault. I was happy as I was sure about their mistake. However after receiving the goods, they refunded the purchase price after deducting a good amount towards customs charges, without adding my return charges. When enquired they said, they didn’t find any mistakes on their side and accordingly return charges cannot be refunded. I asked them sending damaged goods is not a mistake? No answer to that. I have already got my order and the product has been sent. But, since I was not at home when the delivery guy called, he was not ready to cross the road and deliver it to my house. I have been trying to call him back and he is not responding well. Now the status of my order shows that the order is cancelled because the customer has provided wrong address, which is not true. Please do the needful. Am waiting for my products which is already paid.

I have been arguing with them for months about getting money back. I ordered some items and everything I received was cheap and ugly looking. Some items were damaged! I spent two months trying to get my money back. And I also paid extra money for shipping (about $50). Finally I received a reply from them and they offered me a 50% refund. Several weeks passed and I received no money. So I contacted them again and was called a liar. They are so rude and unprofessional, completely ridiculous service! Then I said I was going to report them to BBB and only after that I received a full refund. I”ll never order anything from JollyChic again! Don”t deal with these people and save your precious time! I was lucky, but there still are so many people who never received their money back. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I”m disappointed in both customer service and the quality of the products.

I have been unable to close my account with JollyChic. Not disable it but CLOSE definitely and I am withdrawing my consent for JollyChic to share my details with any third parties. I want my all details to be erased from JollyChic database. I have been receiving plenty – I mean PLENTY – of spam since my first purchase at JollyChic! (pure coincidence, I do not think so, as I have barely used to receive an y spam at all since 10 years that my email account is active) I have made one purchase only – 4 dresses – and returned them all (having to pay for shipping to China!), as they were of less than mediocre quality (and did not look like anything in the photos posted on your online catalogue) I have since requested four times – FOUR times – for my account to be closed, both via the live chat and via email. Nothing works! I have been apologised to (and LIED to) by the “charming” Chinese girl, who was expressing herself in broken English, each time telling me that she will refer my request to someone (a manager or god knows who) and they will close my account within a week. Each time they lied – this is LIE and ABUSE – as my account is still active well after a month since I lodged that request to close it. My name is Malgorzata Czarkowska, I am based in Poland and you have all my details in yoour database, so once again, I am asking you to definitely CLOSE MY ACCOUNT wth JollyChic. What is the problem here??

I have made several orders with jollychic. I love the clothes and happy with the quality (most of the time) for the price. On two orders items were duplicated. When I ordered there was one one but after billing and conformation the item would be duplicated. The first time I thought it was my error so didn”t do anything. However the second time it happened I knew it wasn”t my error as I triple checked everything before putting through. When I contacted customer care I was asked to provide more information over and over again. Then when I had provided the information on several occasions they just stopped replying to me! I”ve had bad customer service before but to have a customer have to constantly contact and then get the run around is atrocious. As I said I love the clothes but I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Very shady behaviour!

I have made the order and paid on 15 Jan 2016(Order NO. B2016011514241911), but I have not yet received the goods till 22 Jan 2016. So I have contacted JollyChic.com to see what happened and they promised me to set my order as urgent delivery. Until now(2 Feb 2016), I still have not yet received the goods and I have tried to contact them. There are no response at all. I think I should be cheated and should contact the police.

I have ordered and paid it thru credit card but i did not receive it. When i track my order, it says that delivery failure coz the customer is not answering the phone. I dont have any missed call notifications. It is in Al quoz as per tracking which is 15 minutes from my place. The courier is ASBAQ and the CDD package number is [protected]. I have ordered on 12/07/2019 and paid by credit card…and expected delivery date was july 20 /22, 2019.. I want my money to be refunded if not delivered. Please help me..

I have purchased a coat from www.jollychic.com and also was supposed to get a gift as a new customer. This was my first time ordering from JollyChic, and definitely the last. My coat did not arrive and I contacted JollyChic regarding my order status and only then I found out that it was no longer in stock. Why did they charge me for something that wasn’t available in the first place? Anyways, I asked for a refund but they said that was not possible and offered me to pick something else, I refused and demanded my money back. Their rep said they’ll think of something and contact me back, but that never happened. It is now over a month and I’m still waiting for my money.

I have tried repeatedly to order. The shopping cart keeps changing prices on me and they are not accurate! i cannot even look at my shopping cart or move on to purchasing. I had someone else sign in for me and it kept wiping out the credit card and no longer offered the 30% off for 1st time buyer that it did moments before. I am done trying to work with them. I think they are a scam. Somebody should check on this and shut them down!!! carolyn

I made a large order to benefit express delivery and to perform it I had to send countless emails when I got terrible service wrong answers Chat and Email. It took almost a week before sending the order. When I got the order, I discovered that all the clothes sizes were huge and not close to what I ordered. Also ordered a necklace and it came broken. Just the thought of correspondence with them again on returning the products tiring me. Not recommended to order in general, it is better to pay more and receive good service and good quality products and your correct size!
