This is a safe, creative, and shame-free space for children, teens, adults and couples who are dealing with anxiety, stress, and trauma, or who are having trouble in their relationships. I help children and adults tell their stories bravely and cultivate an authentic, healthy and meaningful life, free from the pain, fear or shame of the past. I help couples show up with courage in their relationships and communicate, explore patterns, and deepen their understandings of themselves and each other so they can enjoy each other again and build a deeply fulfilling home base. I work to create a safe and supportive relationship with the people I work with, then tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs and stories, making sure there is always a bit of fun along the way. What sets me apart from other therapists is extensive training and certification in many evidence-based forms of therapy, including EMDR, TF-CBT, and CPT. It is important to me to create a safe space for all individuals, regardless of things like age, gender identity, culture, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation.
