Joseph "Joe" Lazero

Beware of doing business or renting houses from Joe Lazero in Grand Junction, CO. He has had multiple complaint and law suits against him by former tenants and other deals he has done. He does not do any maintenance on his rentals even after repeated promises. If you call him out on it he will harass and threaten you. He has stolen multiple items that were loaned to him. He lies about terms of deals he makes and money he has received and after he harasses and threatens you he will call the cops and say you are harassing him. Thankfully the local authorities are completely aware of how shady this guy is and do not take him serious at all. I received 160 harassing and threatening texts from him and two phone calls in a 3 hour period after 10pm. This guy also does a lot of deals via Craigslist selling autos, jewelry and all kinds of stuff. Most of the cars are not in his name he has sold multiple cars that were not able to be titled because he never paid the previous owners the full amount due so they had duplicate titles made. He also likes to claim most of his vehicles have had all kinds of work done inspected and run great. Don’t take his word for it without paperwork in hand most of these vehicles have hidden mechanical issues.
