Ordered announcement for my son’s graduation, we never received them and when I called to find out where they were they said because they were not picked up at the school they have been returned to the company to be thrown away. I paid $150.00 tobe thrown in the trash because Jostens can’t make a call to say Hey we have your graduation announcement would you like us to deliver them to your home- which should of been done in the first place because that is what is on my order. They are a Rip Off. I called to see if they would refund me and was told we understand your frustration but there is nothing we can do.
