Growing up to your customer satisfaction is a hard task whether you are a medical service provider, phone service provider. You need to make sure that you always meet your customer’s expectations or else they are going to change their services. JP Dental and Implant Center is currently operating in Grand junction, CO, USA. Lately, there have been reports that JP Dental and Implant Center have been lacking in delivering their customer service and customers are disappointed with it. I had a bad experience with these guys. And I’m not alone. Various customer reviews have rated JP Dental and Implant Center poor in terms of their customer service, customer satisfaction, and the environment they have. Patients have been complaining they the doctors and staff at JP Dental and Implant Center have been unable to answer their questions and clear up the queries. The website of JP Dental and Implant Center claims they have got one of the best technology but patients have reported that the procedure they follow at JP Dental and Implant Center is not up to the standards. The practices at JP Dental and Implant Center have not been up to the level and the patients are utterly disappointed with them. I had gone there for a cavity feeling. They had told me that the laser procedure they follow does not cause any type of pain or any nerve block. But the procedure at JP Dental and Implant Center was very painful and there was a point during the procedure when I felt an incredibly sharp pain. Immediately after the procedure, I felt extreme pain in his tooth. Customers have reported that JP Dental and Implant Center have been lying to their customers and are keen to make money from the customers pocket by pressurizing them to get the services they don’t even require. The customer who faces disappointing told that the doctors at JP Dental and Implant Center diagnosed a cracked tooth in his mouth though they couldn’t show it on x-ray, as the doctors recommended a crown immediately, he told them that he will be going to think about it but the doctors kept pressurizing him. Well, when he consulted another doctor for a treatment plan the doctor was bewildered to hear that why he was even asked to have the crown replacement as he has no cracked tooth. It’s been four years and his tooth is still working fine and has no problems. You should not lie to your patients and should always to deliver on time so that they can remain loyal to you but JP Dental and Implant Center hasn’t been able to do so. One of the customers reported that the staff at JP Dental and Implant Center incorrectly scheduled her appointment with the wrong doctor after that she had to wait another 3 months to reschedule an appointment with her regular doctor. She said that the staff at JP Dental and Implant Center is extremely rude and now she has decided to consult another doctor.
