Without challenge there is no growth in life. But challenge brings change and change can feel uncomfortable and frightening. Challenge comes in many packages and always affects us emotionally. Dealing with the emotions will improve the way you face your challenge and help you to cope as you walk your life’s path. Sometimes we don’t know how we are meant to feel about our challenge and our mind goes crazy trying to process it. Together we will sort through your thoughts and feelings, we will uncover the limiting beliefs and fears that keep you stuck so you can break through and succeed. I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere in which you can safely explore and work through feelings, thoughts, images and beliefs, conscious or unconscious, that may be keeping you stuck. I temper the process with creativity, imagination and humor, along with practical solutions and concrete goals.
