At some point in our lives, we come across difficult situations that force us to make changes. Sometimes it may be a challenging phase or a feeling of stagnation that leaves us feeling helpless or unproductive, or a medical condition that impacts daily life, making us feel limited. Negative thoughts about ourselves, others, and the world can perpetuate negative feelings which can often result in physical symptoms or worsen existing physical symptoms. I believe that there is an unequivocal connection between mind, body, and spirit and thus, treatment must take into consideration all aspects of ourselves in order to achieve wellmess. I have several years of experience in providing individual and group therapy in both English and Spanish for adults and older adults who have struggled with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, low self-esteem, ADHD, post-partum depression, and chronic medical conditions, grief and other challenges. Online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy and convenient.I am passionate about helping others through life’s most difficult moments, to help them get “unstuck”, and achieve better quality of life. I provide individual therapy to adults/ older adults online via a private video meeting room that is convenient and HIPPA compliant.
