1st this company wants to charge your card every month regardless whether you want something offered that month or not. This I could overlook if the service was up to par. However, the 1st of every month there are more things out of stock than in. Recently, when I made my last purchase I was issued a tracking number that took 2 full weeks to become active only to be shipped to the wrong address!!! The idea of online shoes is a great one but with poor management this company will never make it. I’m done with them!!!

Around 3 years ago, I signed up at JustFab for a single pair of shoes (with their -% off for signing up) and never planned on buying anything from there again. I honestly planned on buying the -% off pair of shoes and then closing my account. Ha! Not possible. Upon sign-up, you’re automatically put into the VIP program. And, your credit card/debit card/PayPal is automatically billed every single month unless you make a purcahse, or select the option to Skip This Month. You have to keep this up every.. single.. month… Also, you can’t contact them like every other website allows you to. You /must/ call them (If you have anxiety with phone calls? too bad, no way to close your account or sort out any issues unless you call, but even then, calling doesn’t seem to fix anything. Read on.). The real problem? Their staff doesn’t listen to customer complaints and refuses to close your account. I called twice to explain this to them, that I never wanted to be a part of their VIP program, that I never planned on buying anything else, and that I was tired of having to remember to sign in and click Skip This Month every 30 days. It was stressing me out and triggering anxiety. I was one day late the one month, and they instantly charged my account for $45, and it overdrew my bank account, and I was then given two NSF charges, putting me in the negative by almost $100. I contacted JustFab /again/ and explained this and demanded they close my account. The woman I spoke to denied that they charged my account and said this wasn’t their fault, and she refused to close my account and instead gave me a $10 in-store credit and then immediately hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking. 😐 Word for word, “Okay, I’ll give you $10 credit instead, okay? Okay! Byyyye! Bye, sweetie!” and, dead line. Because that’s professional and responsible, right? A couple months later, I was telling a family member about this and they called on behalf of me. She argued with two people from JustFab for a full hour and repeated themselves about this issue several times and she had to threaten to call the police on them for this, before they finally listened, and closed my account. (I was never reimbursed for the money they auto-charged from my account, nor did they do anything about the NSF charge they caused me to get… instead, my bank closed my account ((and for whatever reason, I never had to pay the overdraft fee.))) They may have some nice shoes and whatnot but it is nootttt worth the hassle and ignorance and poor communication as well as lack of responsibility. Or the loss of money. Go somewhere that /doesn’t/ keep things from you in the Terms of Service agreement or that /doesn’t/ steal money from you if you forget to “skip the month” and then denies they took it. Other places have cheaper, nicer stuff anyway. 😉

Beware! The site does not make it clear, but this is a shoe of the month club. Usually monthly clubs have this blazing everywhere. This site does not! It”s very sneakily hidden. I”m a seasoned web user and online marketer, so I know how clearly things should be explained. And they fail in making it known that they are a monthly club.in fact, the reminder emails they send do not even mention a charge if you do not opt out of your monthly charge by the 5th. I”ve enclosed a screen shot of this. See anywhere about a charge? Nope! When I called the company to complain, I got nowhere and then I got hung up on. Do not buy from justfab.com. This company is a scam. I saw their advertisement from my email and tempted to buy the shoes. Only after made my purchase I was being told my friends to be careful of this company because they have heard about this company. So after I received my shoes, I immediately cancelled my membership. Yet they kept on trying to persuade me to keep the membership and they can waived a month for me. I was tempted at first, but later, I decided to called them back and cancelled my monthly membership. Later I realized that they skip one month and charge me two more months later knowing that I will likely not looking at my statements. I contacted them to request for refund of my monthly charges and they kept on saying that they are unable to do so because they don’t have a record to prove that I did in fact contacted them to make that cancelation. This company is definitely a scam!!! They should be brought up to the better business bureau. Someone need to sue them!!! They need to be shoot down. Every time i watch my music channel the really annoying advert comes on & puts me off watching that certain channel. The woman screaming 3 times on the advert is very disturbing and really gets me frustrated. It actually stresses me out and even upsets my new foster dog. Horrible!! I got an offer for a 1/2 price pair of shoes for 1st time purchase so I took the bait. Got two left shoes and then they had the nerve to tell me there would be a restocking fee if I wanted to return them. What? I didn’t order two left shoes!!! Anyway, no I see a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize from justfab.com. I admit, I didn’t read all the fine print, I guess, when I placed the initial order. But who would think you need to… They don’t really give any indication that this is anything other that your run of the mill online shoe purchase. So, I called the company, suffered 15 minutes of retched music while on hold, and spoke to a representative named taylor. Taylor insisted that there were no refunds and would not let me speak with a supervisor. She also was not willing to offer clear assistance with the cancellation of my membership. I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company. This company is a bunch of crooks. Aside from that, their customer service is terrible and their product is crap.

I have not had a Justfab membership since January 2018 when i was charges $39.95 back then and told them to cancel me. I have not created a login and I have not made ANY purchases since then. All the sudden in July and then again in August i start seeing charges of $39.95 each month out of no where. Again i have not purchased anything or done anything with justfab. So i call and speak to Laura who is right away she is doing the bare minimum and unhelpful. I tell her i used to have an account in January and i cancelled it and everything has been fine with no charges since then and all the sudden in July and again in August i get charged two $39.95 fees. And all Laura said to me was that maybe if i didnt created a multiple account i wouldnt be charged. Again i told her i never created multiple accounts and that atill doesnt explain how i have had an acct cancelled since January with Justfab and on THAT same acct i get charged 7 months later. So because she wouldnt belp me and kept lecturing me i told her to get me a supervisoe. After her cutting me off when i was talking and making me wait 20 minutes for a supeevisor and her placing me on hold and coming back on the line saying nothing, and me talking saying hello and her not anwsering she finally asks if im still on the line and she has supervisor Chan on the line. I told him what happened and all i want to know is that my account has been cancelled and my card information removed from their system and my money refunded. I also want to know why i start grtting charged 7 months later so i can make sure it doesnt happen again and he tells me i had created a justfab account back in 2016 and then created one in jan 2018 – i told him i dont remember that but if i did its because i forgot i had an acct since it was TWO years later! And what does that have to do with randomly out of the blue getting charged 2 charges in July. Even he confirmed the account was created in Jan 2018 and no purchases had ever been made on it and i had not ever logged in or “skipped” any months yet i was charged and he just kept it sounded like trying find a reason to tell me why they were right and it made absolutely no sense. Instead of just apologizing and telling me that they cancelled and refunded everything and he apologizes for the inconvinence he tells me nothing of the sort and then tells me im blacklisted from Justfab because i made two accounta and they dont allow that. Are you serious?! I dont even care because i will NEVER order from Justfab again based soley on these 2 reps and these charges but to be so rude? I cannot believe. I am in complete utter shock. I just cancelled my account as the shoes are too narrow for me and I don’t like any of the bags etc – what an ordeal! Firstly, the ‘cancel account’ button just brings up a phone number – when I called, the assistant asked me why I wanted to cancel and I told her. Then she repeatedly spoke about what I would be ‘giving up’ if I left. I told her I was aware of what was on the website and the options available but wanted to cancel. This happened approximately 8 times and I genuinely thought she was not going to let me cancel the account as she just talked over my requests to cancel, however sternly I said it. I ended up having to raise my voice and tell her that if she did not cancel my account immediately, I would be sending a strong complaint. She still continued to ask me if I would be interested in a ‘pay as you go’ option and I reached absolute exasperation. I yelled ‘close my account now’ and she finally did it. I asked her, based on this call, if she thought I was more likely or less likely to ever look at the justfabuk website again. For the first time, she went quiet, so I said ‘I think you know the answer to that don’t you?’ I cannot believe the fight I had just to get rid of this account and I can imagine some people thinking they’re not allowed to close it but have to change to payg based on my experience. I purchased two shoes for the price of one for the birthday blowout sale. Now, as I was checking out it did not say I could not exchange the item. It did say returns are a breeze and exchanges are always free quote on quote. Not only does it say this at the time of checkout, but it also has the justfab promise… Which is 1. Every item is $39.95.2. Free shipping. 3. Return any item & replace it with another within 30 days of purchase absolutely free! However, on “the ad” “not checkout” it says and quote “cannot be combined with any other offer. Unused credits do not apply. All sales are final; no returns, refunds or exchanges.” I called justfab to exchange my item at which in time I was told there were no exchanges. I then said well what can I do. I just bought two pairs that do not fit me. The customer service rep replies that I can purchase a shoe insert. I then retorted that I indeed tried to use my credits with the shoe purchase, but was unable to because it said and quote, “we noticed that you have a credit in your account. Credits cannot be combined with any other offer. You may either use the full credit for this order or take advantage of the promotion. If you choose to apply the promotion, your credit will be saved for your next purchase, and your credit card will be charged the final amount of the order. If you choose to use your credit, the promotion will automatically be voided.” I said I am not paying for that when I tried to get it at the time of purchase. I said if you would send one to me without having me pay for shipping or purchasing the item then that would be great, but otherwise I will not pay. She said that I should have called at the time of purchase. Now, she is saying that I should have called, yet she is telling me that there is nothing that she can do about exchanging my shoes, but if I would have called at the time of purchase, something could have been done about the situation of not being able to use my credits with the birthday blowout sale. So, you can choose to break policies; only when it is convenient. On top of that they tell my that my account has been cancelled on jan. 9th. I replied how can this be? I just logged into my account after jan. 9th to purchase shoes. I did not cancel. I was told since I had a fallout with justfab prior to this incident where my bank considered their charges as fraud justfab automatically cancelled my account. I did not receive any letter or e-mail stating this documentation. This incident happened in nov. Why are they only cancelling my account now (jan 9th)? Why do I still have the ability to log into my account as well as make purchases??? Justfab claims there are no supervisors that they will take my name and number and will have a supervisor contact me at their convenience. I asked whats the name of the person because I want to know who will be calling me about this matter. I had to ask her! I then asked will that person leave a voicemail as to which she replied yes. I then asked will I get the 1 800 number or will I get a number to reach him personally? She said I would get the 1 800 number. I then said so i’m back to square one. She said no that all I would have to do is ask for that person. I just sat there with a look on my face, because if thats all I have to do why cant she send me to him???!!! Yet, two months later my account does not show a credit for the return.in addition, I cannot get hold of anyone, either through their “live chat”, e-mail, or 866 number.
