Spoke to rep about being over billed on Sept 12th. Stated it was because of an NSF. Check with spouse and bank records and found this to be false. Called company back and spoke to rip-off agent Matthew who ive complained on before. Cut me off and stated they waived the fee. Called back next day and spoke to rip-off agent accomplice and she stated rudely that the request has been filed. Stated she didnt know when I’d get it back but it was done on their end. Next day they sent the over bill through again charging my account another $12. On service this seem like small amounts although none the less wrong. This is for a toll free number. I have the number on post card costing several hundreds of dollars. They lied about everything saying that the bank rejected the $2 charge for their service. I knew immediately this was a lie because we have overdraft protection on our account and had plenty of money now and at the time of the transaction. I cancelled my account because of the false charges theyve sent to my bank so I lost the toll free number because I don’t trust these crooks. Not withstanding I closed my bank account. I do not recommend anyone doing business with this company. They do have a good price but likely will do you in.
