I had ordered an Indian Suit from Kaneesha.com from their website but when I received the item it was not in the same material but the design was different too. the embroidery work was very cheap and the threads and mirrors were falling off from the dress. When I complaint to Kaneesha about this they asked me to send the picture of the damaged item and when they received the picture, they agreed that it is a damaged product and should be returned to them for investigation. I spent my money to send the items to them but when they received it I was told that there is no fault with it. When I asked about the different material they said pure silk is the same as raw silk so you have to accept it as it is otherwise we will charge you 30% restocking fees and your courier charges will be forfeited also. I questioned them when I did not receive the same item that I had ordered online then there is no point of charging restocking fees. I left them messages but instead of responding they deducted the 30% amount plus courier fees and refunded the money into my account without talking to me. I have lost around 100 dollars in this transaction. they are really rude people and making money by sending the wrong items and then charging big amount in the name of restocking. WHAT AN EASY WAY TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE.
