Ordered a waist eraser and then saw a better and chaper product right after. I emailed customer service since there is no other contact for them and asked them to cancel the order immediately after it being placed. According to their website, orders can be cancelled the same day they are placed by emailing customer service. | Instead of cancelling the order and refunding my $100, they shipped the item anyway and are now refusing to refund me because the item has been delivered. I have tried contacting them on 4 different occassions without any response. After I filed a complaint with the BBB and forwarded them the confirmation, now their email works all of a sudden! | They sent me this as a resolution to my complaint: “The item has been delivered to you. BBB does not make decisions for us nor can they resolve any issues for you. We apologize for any dismay and anguish caused. ” This company is a fraud!! They ignored my email to cancel the order and shipped me a product I don’t want. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs!!! They are overpriced and the quality of the waist trainer is not what you would expect for $100.
