I am a licensed clinical social worker with twenty years of experience helping adults, couples, college students, and adolescents cope more effectively with life transitions, manage relationship challenges, and develop self-confidence and clarity. At different points in life, many of us find ourselves “stuck.” I collaborate with clients to help them identify barriers and transition beyond them.My style is collaborative and interactive, and I draw from several theoretical approaches (psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused) to help identify areas for therapeutic work. As your therapist, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space where you have the opportunity to explore your feelings and share your unique story.I am also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator as well as a Certified Parent Coordinator, so I have extensive knowledge of the process of divorce and it’s effects on parents and children.
