I wouldn’t recommend you to go to Karl Knauz BMW. They are as slow as a bunch of koalas. And they don’t necessarily care for the customers. I never thought a BMW dealership would be so terrible in terms of customer service and satisfaction. If you could, avoid this place at all costs. It isn’t worth it.
After a long research for the best showroom, I found out the Karl Knauz BMW to be the best with their service. They had a good amount of collection with a lot of pleasing models too. I chose the BMW 390i from their inventory online. Before I finalized the deal I wanted to meet the manager of the place so that I could know more about the details of the car I was going to buy.
I made an appointment with the manager over a phone call, I told him to fix an appointment so that I could come and take my business further but he insisted to hang up the call saying that he was busy with another customer and would revert as soon as he was done with it. I tend to listen to him and wait for his call until I realized that it was more than 3 hours. I called him up the next day and this time he wasn’t busy, fortunately. He fixed an appointment and I went to the place on the correct date and at the given time but the manager didn’t show up and I had to come another day to meet him.
The next time he was present and waiting for me in his office. It took more than 3 days to finally meet him and talk further. I told him about the vehicle I decided to buy from their inventory. I was given a test drive too but the payment procedure took a long time. I had to wait for more than 3 hours to complete the paper works and payment. I told him the date of delivery and since it was a surprise gift for my beloved father I warned them not to be late for even a minute.
High hopes from this company were burned into ashes because the car wasn’t delivered to be on time, the delivery date was postponed for another 3 days and I was ashamed of not giving a surprise to my father on time. I made a big mistake choosing the right place to buy the car and I still regret the decision of going to the Karl Knauz BMW. I was more than disappointed with the service of this place and pissed off at the same time. I kept on calling the firm on the day of delivery but they didn’t receive the call. The manager then called me the next day and gave several excuses for not delivering the car on time. Please take your business to some other place rather than the Karl Knauz BMW. They destroy the surprise and weren’t even apologetic for the same. Please stay away from them.
