Kathy Delmar made false claims and cheated the Tax Payers with her partying lifestyle. Kathy Delmar posted Social Media Pictures that were made public of her partying lifestyle when she was paid to work. Kathy Delmar shown in pictures appears to be a serious party person considering since most pictures alcohol in them. Kathy Delmar decided to party vs. doing her paid job. Kathy Delmar must have had hang-overs with this so much drinking. Kathy Delmar should not be hired for any important paid job or provide any service to our community. [
