They really don’t care about customers once they get the money it seems. I bought a sectional a week back and paid in advance. Yes, it’s been only a week and I am already writing this review, you can imagine the trouble they must have caused me. We went to their store. We were showed around by the sales representative and she gave us a lot of options and spoke highly about their quality. This was all typical sales pitch. But the sectional looked really strong and good. We knew it would go well with our interiors and was a great choice. We paid full amount up front and they said they would deliver in 3 to 4 days. The delivery was done on the fourth day but at least two hours later than the window they had given us. The truck pulled up in front of the house and they opened the back of the truck. The sectional was stacked very badly amongst rest of the stuff. There were even garbage from the previous materials stacked in there on our sectional. I was worried that this must have damaged the sectional. The delivery guys did not give a damn and just unloaded it and started to move it in. They were not careful or even professional enough to have a delivery blanket kind of thing on the sectional. While moving in, they scraped two of our doors and corner of a wall. The sofa was also damaged slightly at one corner. I immediately registered a complaint with Katy Furniture. I still haven’t heard back from them other than the formal and customary mail response to every mail. I regret going in for Katy Furniture. They do not respond to mail or calls either. But I am not going to let this go.
