Kay Brighton

I purchased a template from Kay Brighton in Canada from Etsy. I needed help installing it, she answered a couple questions, however disappeared when I told her it was not coming up correctly on Mobile. When I made a complaint with Etsy, she appeared defending herself and her work. She was completely irrational. Come to find out, she put an untrue statement her on complaint boards on the same day we had gone back and forth. Extremely unprofessional. It took a bit to find out whom had left this slander about me and my business, but my attorney did. I have kindly in the meantime asked her to remove it, but she will not. I will be prosecuting her to the fullest degree, although her being in Canada, it may take sometime. She can still remove the slander, lets she if she will realise what she has done and do the right thing. BEWARE OF KAY BRIGHTON, IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH HER SERVICE, SHE WILL SLANDER YOU. ALSO YOU CAN DO A SEARCH AND FIND MANY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. SHE ALSO CHANGES HER ETSY SHOP NAMES TO HIDE THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS. it is unfortunate that she has to stoop so low, karma will come by 10 fold I am sure.
