I took my 2006 Buick Rainier in for a tune-up at the local Kelley Dealership (Where I purchased the vehicle). When I got the car back the rear of the SUV was sitting really low. I took the car back only to be told that the Air Ride Compressor had seized up and needed replaced. It was not broken when it went in for the “Tune-up”. They wanted to charge me $800 to repair what they broke. I spoke to Terry Barr and Brian Meters who kept arguing that I couldn”t prove that they broke it. I have never been so furious in my life. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any vehicles for myself or any of my companies from Kelley Automotive Groups.
