I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist who helps children, adults and families to find ways to use the arts to enhance resilience, self-regulate, form healthy attachments and express what they haven‚Äôt been able to in verbal therapy. I use art therapy to effectively support my client‚Äôs personal and relational treatment goals, such as improve cognitive and sensorimotor functions, foster self-esteem and self-awareness, promote insight, and reduce conflict and distress. I offer non-judgmental guidance and creative strategies to help clients better understand themselves, identify core issues, and find their strengths. Curious about art therapy? You can use art to deepen your understanding of your situation, to organize your thoughts, to relax, or to verbalize things previously unspoken.
