William Kermisch hides behind his competitively low hourly wage charge (which was worthless). He did not prepare or minimally prepared for court appearances. He would apologize for being unprepared for court, then charge for and say he would file a “reconsideration” but did not file the court documents. He did not follow the client’s requests saying “it’s not worth the money I am charging you”. He did what he wanted when he wanted as long as it resulted in a payment to himself or his law firm. He did not give a d**n about the client or the children she was supporting unless it benefitted him and then he did a poor job because he got made sure to get paid no matter the quality or the outcome of his work. His partner is a better businessman. He bribes clients not to post negative feedback. However, he will deny whatever William has historically stated to a client. William Kermisch’s representation cost me over $1,000,000. This lawyer is not above the law! Stay clear of this firm unless you want to pay a wimp to represent you and screw you over.
