I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz 2015 S550 Brand New worth $140,000 from Keyes European in Van Nuys California. Initially, I went to their Dealership just to shop around and compare prices from other Dealers. Then I was cornered by a Salesman together with his Manager. They both promised me the stars and the moon just to buy the car from them I agreed and bought the car paying off the full amount. One month after, I followed up with several Finance people to follow up on my title, but no one even take my calls, or return them. Finally, I was given the number of Rossane Barragas, Gen. Finance Manager. I cakked her, Voice Mail,no return Call. Finally, I called The general manage, spoke to him, said will get back on the status of the title, but never did. These people will tel you and promise you everything in this world, but after you buy the car, you will not get anything from them, EVER. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP, A BUNCH OF LIARS !!! .
