Cancel any subscriptions charged under my account number. My name is Wayne C. Mead and I have not and will not ever purchase a game subscription at any time for any games. It has nothing to do with your company. I just do not play online games. Thank you for your support in taking care of this matter. Sent 6/30/2015 I am totally confused. You order info indicates a reorder date of 2015-03-31. Then you indicate on a dispute to remove this renewal charge of $79.95 indicating this thing was accessed 69 times from 1/22/2015 and 3/15/2015. I called as soon as this charge showed up on my credit card and said I DID NOT AND DO NOT WANT THIS RENEWAL PERIOD!!!! It was originally ordered for my Grandchild almost two years ago. My Grand daughter told me that she is now blocked from access to this game. The renewal date was two weeks after the last time it was accessed. Please as I said before, REFUND ME MY MONEY NOW!!!!!!! You are most welcome to call me at . I would prefer that you provide me with a contact number.
