Date: 10/25/2017 Flight ticket Reservation #: T236JC I booked flight ticket from SFO to Atlanta (round trip) on 10/23/2017. I had a question to this agency regarding ticket refund if it”s cancelled. The customer service representative asked me to submit a refund request so that they can check with the airlines and tell me the refund amount. I asked if they will cancel the ticket. The representative confirmed that the ticket will not be cancelled. I was told, once they get the refund amount details from the airlines, they will send me an email with the refund details and a confirmation link. Only if I confirm the cancellation, the ticket will be cancelled, if not the ticket will be valid. I asked the representative several times that I don”t want to cancel it now I only want to know the refund amount, just so that I can cancel it if needed due to personal reasons. After much persuasions from the representative, I submitted the refund request form on 10/24/2017. I waited for the email for a week. Kissandfly.com online site showed that the ticket is under review for refund. Since I didn”t get an email, I contacted the agency to check on the refund status. The agency said my reservation is cancelled and the full amount is refunded. Still the online status was “under review for refund”. They made me wait in the call for an hour and said that they cannot do anything as the ticket is already cancelled and the amount is refunded. Because of this, I had to cancel my hotel, car rental, show tickets and book another everything again for a much higher price. almost 3 time more. Now I ended up spending $750 more than before. This is a bad customer service, to cancel a ticket without notifying the customer. I have attached the ticket pdf. Please let me know for more details.
