Contract signed and money( down payment) paid for complete remodeling of kitchen – work was suppose to begin the first week in January. All appliances have been delivered and are stored in garage – all prep work completed by owner. No response to our calls/emails for an exact start date. 12/22/09 received call from company stating they would not be honoring contract – they are canceling all projects – we were put on hold for more than 20 minutes and no one answerd when we tried to call back. We were told in November that our cabinet order was complete and the start date was right on schedule. Because we have already invested so much money, we were willing to postpone the start date for a month – possible two – but no one would speak with us – everytime we called we were put on hold.
