Tried for the 3rd time to use the Kivel and Howard law firm. The company mask behind Legal Shield. | 3rd time I asked for some help on a landlord gone crazy. they said they would call back in 8 hours. They called back in 10 and let it ring once and did not stay on the phone. I was upset and called up using the word fraud, it’s accurate and they yelled at me and hung up. I suspect the will, like the last time, say the called several times and could not get ahold of me. | 2nd time I was fighting a ticket. They totally ignored me and I luckily did not have to fight the case | 1st time I was fighting the employment company and that was left to me to fight because they did not again get back to me. | I’m fighting my own battles, why am I paying a company that does this.
