After reading positive reviews online about Knoxville Pediatric, I made up my mind to take my 10-year daughter for her dental check-up as she was complaining about a toothache. I called them to schedule an appointment; they verified my insurance details and booked an appointment. We, my daughter, husband, and I went to the office on the appointment day and waited for 50 minutes after the scheduled time to see the doctor. We enquired about the dentist from the staff and they were friendly and asked us politely to wait for the dentist. We agreed to her and later she called us to see the dentist.
As we entered the dentist’s office, we found that he was not happy to see us there as he didn’t give a smile or even welcome us. He was rude and impatient that was so out of the profession. I got worried about my daughter as she is sensitive in nature. She hardly speaks to anybody except us. The doctor had a rough voice which made my little one crying. I helped her out and the doctor examined her tooth and found tooth decay. The dentist gave us the information on treatment about tooth decay. He suggested that we should go for a cap on her tooth. Once he got finished with his suggestion, he started taunting me that I was such an irresponsible mother who does not take for her daughter. His words were so sharp it made me cry. My husband argued with the doctor and we found it was better to leave that place. As we reached home, I got a call from the staff for scheduling our next appointment. I strictly said NO. We are not coming back to that rude dentist ever. I will never recommend his dental office.
