The Korman organization owns this property. It’s part “hotel” and its corporate clients are local businesses which bring young Asians and their families to the US for work as science and IT types. Those clients get preferential five star treatment because Korman makes a fortune keeping the corporate clients who employ these immigrants happy. For anyone else who rents an apartment here, all complaints are ignored. | There’s a rule in the Lease about neighbors who disturb others. If that neighbor happens to be one of their “favored” clients, don’t expect anyone in management to do anything about it. Last the year, in retaliation for my compllaints about the neightbors, the General Manager went into court and lied about what she said I was doing in my unit and accused me of damage to the property! She was never IN my unit and she never produced any proof of the alleged damage either. Under cross examination, she had to tell the truth because the judge got mad at her and found her out! She was trying to force me to move because she wasn’t gonig to do a d**n thing about the “preferred” neighbors and she said so. | We had the cops a dozen times in the middle of the night because the neightbors were fighting and the kids were screaming and these people were coming through my ceiling! This year, she and one of her minions went into court and both of them lied about their authority to even be there in order to get me kicked out while the rent was fully paid! The women in the office are all “pretty” and there’s a dress code for them of stiletto heels and black and white outfits but, with the exception of the first woman I met there originally and one who is still there now, the others are nasty to residents who are not part of the corporate client scene. | They harass and annoy people hoping to make them leave so they can increase the rent. The place is a like a revolving door for residents and management staff. And don’t expect them to do anything about the illegal drug traffic going on: the cops regularly come on raids in riot gear and lock down most of the place preventing people from coming in or out. | And don’t be any older than about 30 or so. The Korman policy is: discriminate on the basis of age. Management doesn’t care about the risk of someone who isn’t one of their “favored” young Asian people to do something about it. | Don’t rent here unless your employer is a favored corporate client and paying the bills!
