This company is one of a kind scammers! i purchased from them an air condionting unit and i paid them half of the price. the day they came to install it, they realized that the unit is no good and they just left and never came back. i called them several times and asked for my money BUT nave, was so rude and agressive! she kept yelling at me why i changed my mind and don’t want the unit. Each time i called, her secretary answered and put me on hold thinking that i will give up and let it go. Finally, after like 20 times, nava answered me and again was yelling at me. Her bad accent and english just made me hand the phone. They market themselfs in craigslist and you can see several ads by different company names and phone numbers. it will be better to leave them and go with another company. the nightmare that you might have with them, is not worth it!!! just pay a little bit more and hire someone honest and professional! .
