All the other complaints that the previous writers have submitted are very typical of the cricket business policy. Its ### on you! Ive already had billing issues, lack of customer service, unanswered phone calls, etcetra… Now all I want is to ask Cricket is where you buy a new battery at! Not a hard question, if you could get a working number that didn”t loop you around to another recording. Last time I had a billing issue, I went to the local Cricket store to either get it resolved or get a new company!(Cricket management—are you even reading these complaints???) Cricket doesent sell the batterys for the phones they sell!!! Rather than buy a new battery to continue the crappy service I get with cricket, I now intend to look for a new phone-even a new battery-even a new phone company!!! SEEya Cricket!!!

Complaint # [protected]: i contacted kyocera at their customer service phone number last year after i noticed a noticeable, significant change in the length of time my battery would stay charged. This was after i had the phone for only about six months. My previous lg phone battery lasted seven years. I have been going back and forth with them since then, and they have continued to string me along, i think hoping i would just go away. All i am asking for is a new battery. They said the company has received multiple complaints like mine, but they have not addressed this. I have asked them repeatedly if and when they are sending me a new battery, and they won’t answer or give me a definitive answer. When this battery dies, be assured will never buy another kyocera product again. All i want is a battery!!!

Dear sirs, I am writing to apply for your assistance in the due course of the conflict situation between the russian representatives of kyocera company in moscow and my company llc “dialog – ekaterinburg”. In august 2018 my company won the tender with airports of regions, one of the biggest clients in russia, and signed the contract with kyocera moscow office according to the prices given by this office. The authorizing letter is in the application. On the date of delivery the moscow office annouced us that they changed the price for the ordered equipment.in result, we were not able to fulfil the delivery on the agreed price so we had to terminate the contract with our client and start the procedure once again. The client met our claims and we won the tender one more time in january 2019. We signed the contract accepting the new prices.in march 2019 the moscow office informed us about the new conditions, we have to buy the equipment on the new price which is higher as we have to purchase the one more extra cartridge for every set. It is the rough violation of contract terms in the business relationships. Once the contract is signed on the agreed terms, it must be followed by both sides. I would be grateful if you could meet my claims and fulfil the contract terms. Otherwise we have to terminate the contract, and neither my company, as the kyocera dealer, nor our client, the airports of regions, will make any deliveries or other relationships with your company. I am looking forward to your answer in the due course. Yours sincerely, alexey khomich The ceo of llc “dialog-ekaterinburg”

Greetings, On 4/26/16 Pinnacle Auto sales purchased a copier from CCA solutions located on 140 east Pittsburgh street Greensburg Pa. for $742 including tax(serial number lvz5722779, machine ID 10570). After the install, on or around 02/06/2017, a clicking noise was checked for defects, lubed and a fee for the service of $118.72 was charged to Pinnacle auto(tech noted the it may be a bad fuser). On or around 02/20/2017 the problem arose again and the new fuser needed to be ordered and installed at another fee to Pinnacle Auto of $118.72. upon of one of the services the technician saw some sparking that he described as “something he had never seen before”. At that point my concern was that possibly we got a faulty/unsafe unit and could this defect be effecting other unit parts that are now out of warranty? On 07/25/18, Pinnacle auto replaced the “EXIT ASSY” because of a jamming issue the prevented the use of the machine from the front. Fee for the parts and labor $536.36. The meter at that time was recorded at 81197 by tech, Steve. To summarize, Pinnacle Auto has spent $773.80 on this machine repairs, in addition to the $742 purchase price. I have personal experience with another store and other kyoceras and have not experienced such expenses with regard to a new Kyocera. Pinnacle is requesting help in regard to this machine, such as replace with a different one possibly? reimbursement of expenses possible? My cell phone is [protected] and my email is [protected]@comcast.net. Sincerely, Ken Moore Co -owner

I am having a problem with severe overheating, this is the second time needing to replace the battery or phone itself because of a dangerous over heating situation and/or non charging ability at all. I’m very disappointed after reaching out to the Kyocera Warranty department. I was told that I would have to send the phone in and wait 6-10 days while the phone was researched and deemed to be within warranty time frame OR other option was to pay $44.50 1-2 day for shipping and $259.00 for phone replacement fee (in the event I didn’t return damaged phone) What is truly upsetting is that I’ve spent 3 days trying to find another Kyocera phone exactly like the one I have, after paying insurance for over a year the insurance company doesn’t carry this particular phone, Sprint no longer carries this phone so my only option was to contact the Warranty department. I’ve had an employee without a phone for 5 days now, and can’t wait another 10 days so that leaves me with no choice but to switch phones. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs. If you are going to sell products and offer warranties consumers should be able to rely on such warranty if need arises. I found something very suspicious about the people I spoke with in the Warranty Dept. and would no longer recommend Kyocera products to any of my business or marketing colleagues .
Kyocera Reviews & Complaints
I purchased a Kyocera Domino cell phone at Metro PCS for $29 plus a fee $10 for changing phones on my existing account of over 8 years. The phone won”t hold a charge. I took the phone back and complained about this two days after purchase, and the Asst. Mgr. gave me a new battery. The new battery won”t hold a charge either. If I take even one call, or sent just one text, it drains down to half life, then if I do even just one more thing (keep in mind my texts are short, and calls are brief), it drains completely. This is completely unacceptable. As well, I can”t get reception ANYWHERE! Not in my house, not in my front or back yard, not at my office…SO WHAT GOOD IS THIS PHONE?! It”s WORTHLESS. The return policy is for new customers only, AGAIN, what good is that? Some pretty messed up customer service, that”s what! They have all these different phones on display in the store, begging you to buy, then they charge/penalize you for buying one by tacking on a $10 for adding/changing the phone to the new one. I only bought a new phone because my Nokia lost it”s charge cell, but I had had it for 3 years and loved it. AND, I got reception in it EVERYWHERE, this is how I know that the Kyocera phone is a piece of junk. I am now going to have to put out more money to buy a new phone, and don”t have any money to do so because I”m supporting my two adult, unemployed kids who lost their jobs in this tanked out economy. Metro PCS: I am very unhappy and disappointed with you, your service, your return policy and the products you peddle. PS: the service agent behind the counter on the day of my purchase was short, rude and unhelpful when I brought the phone back in. I had to ask for a manager to get proper customer service. A reply from METRO PCS to this complaint would be appreciated.
