As someone who has shopped at lasenza for 15 plus years, I was appalled when I brought my 16 and 12 year old into the store at our local mall this week, as were they. My girls actually asked to leave as they were very uncomfortable in your store. Every single employee had a see through top on, some cropped to the rib cage, with all of their bras visible, one was wearing a bustier with her breasts popping out so much that when she bent over to close a bra drawer, her breast fell out. How did this attire become acceptable? It is neither classy nor appropriate for your teenage girl market. I am no prude, but to have both my girls want to leave the store was eye opening for me. And after taking to Facebook to see if I was alone in this, apparently, I am not. Then after doing some research and seeing that your company is asking young girls to take self-esteem in their bras and post them to Instagram, I can”t help but think that the attire of the store employees was their dress code. If I am wrong, please feel free to correct me. If I am right, your company is a HUGE part of why girls think their bodies are no longer theirs and in order to get any attention they must be on full display and the general population continues to judge a book by its cover.

Disappointed and disgusted with this location. Will never come back here. I was shopping during the promotion of buy 2 bras get 3 free. As I was cashing out, I was trying to redeem my birthday coupon of $15. The lady at the cashier asked her manager why my coupon wasn”t scanning in and asked if she could manually enter it in. Without any hesitation, she quickly replied “no” you can”t use your coupon on this purchase, it says right here on the email. I dropped my stuff and stormed out of the store. I called La Senza customer service and explained my situation. The agent I had on the phone said I should be able to redeem my coupon. So I politely asked if they could speak to the manager in the store so I wouldn”t have anymore problems so I put them hold on while I went back into the store. In a rude voice I was asked what I was doing back in the store. I said I”m on the phone with customer service and they want to speak with you. I gave the manager my phone and she flipped right off on the customer service agent on my phone saying they are wrong and don”t know what theyre talking about. In the end, I was still not offered my coupon that I paid for to be a member. I am very disgusted in the way this manager treated me. Follow up: I called customer service they provided a gift card I could use in store. I went to a different location and still they did not want to accept it!!! Apparently I can”t use it on on “sale” items. No where did it say I need to use it on “regular priced items” I”m paying to be a member to get these perks and I can”t use it?!? What is the point. Customer service has been really helpful but employees at the store aren”t.

Good afternoon, I have been a faithful customer of La Senza for about ten years and have never had any issues until recently. On this recently passed February 14th I was at your South Gate Mall location in Alberta, Canada and one of the sales representatives made an awful, confidence shredding comment to me about the way I looked. I also have rencetly had a baby, so it has been a very hard struggle for me to get back into shape and me going out to buy something intimate was a huge step for me. When I was at the register paying for my items, your sales rep had the nerve to call me “chunky” and “a bigger person”. I am both appalled and beyond upset about being treated this way. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of products from your company and never have I ever been treated so poorly. I hope that something will be done about the unacceptable way I was treated. Had an absolutely infuriating experience today at La Senza at Mayfair mall in Victoria. The sales associate rang my friend through perfectly chatty and pleasant and upon my time took it upon herself to pretty much call a meeting with other associates and discussed store design and such during my entire transaction. She didn’t look at me once, blurted out a total at which I had to shout “debit” through their conversation, didn’t offer me the same things she had previously offered my friend and didn’t even do me the service of handing me my bag. I would like to add for the record that I was perfectly polite the entire time at the store. Perhaps customer service is not in this incredibly rude and incapable women’s interest. hello today august 26th my friend and I were at Bayshore and purchased 79.95 dollars worth of items The cashier that was serving us cashier number 3115627 forgot to place items in our bag. First of all my friend and I were waiting for the bus when we realize the membership card that we purchased wasnt in any of our bags. We had to run back to go get the card and missed our bus. Once we got home we were looking for the perfumes we also purchased and we purchased 4 of them 2 for 5 dollars and only 2 of them were in our bags. On our receipt we got charged for 2 more that werent in our bag. Hello, Government of Halifax, I am black, and 11 5 19 at approx 1:15pm halifax shopping centre I was racially profiled while I shopped in the store, Lasensa I have been many times there last 6 months spending approx 6 hundred dollars. Always, always a friendly experience. BUT not yesterday I went to purchase body spray and lotion, the items were near cash, the #1 cashier was ringing in another customer, I stood in line, Victoria # 2 cashier, smiled, she was working the floor, store wasnt busy at all/ and then comes # 3 Britanny, the source of my stress, embarassment, being profiled. she decided to stand near the other cash and pretend she wasnt watching me, Ok, what ever, So I decided to buy another body lotion and spray, # 1 cashier was taking along time… Britanny instead of opening the cash and ringing me in, decided to stand to the right of me and a couple of people length over, I said to myself, she must be kidding, she was pretending not to watch me,. eventually my turn at the cash I let her go, paid for my items, # 1 cashier was friendly, at the same time #2 cashier, Victoria, went to the other cash and rang in the customer next in line. Hello, I’m an employee and i’ve been working with La Senza for nearly half a year now. I am wondering how it is plausible and appropriate that customers may abuse company policy, such as being able to return heavily soiled undergarments, filled with bodily fluids that are hazardous to anyone’s health. Yet, employees like myself cannot return slightly damaged bras without being denied and questioned morals. It’s a disturbing concept that workers are unable to provide themselves with the same company policy lenience as they give customers who hand in undergarments filled with feces, semen, and other bodily fluids. It’s disgusting, and i think La Senza should re-evaluate their policy lenience. It should apply to EVERYONE since everyone is spending money there either way.

Hello, This is my original order # [protected] I have placed an order on October 29th. A week later I went on my email and checked my order’s shipment history and it was shown as shipped. For an entire week the status of my order didn’t change. So I decided to call lasenza and speak with a representative and ask them whether my order has been delivered to store 200 or not. So then a representative told me that it hasn’t been shipped out and some of my items that I ordered originally are sold out. So I asked the representative to ship whatever is left from my original order. I have ordered 30 items and was told that eight of them are unavailable anymore. Then I received an email today with my new order and when I opened it there were only 17 items. I really don’t understand how we went from 8 unavailable orders to this. So I went to lasenza online site and found the two headbands that I have ordered in my original order that weren’t included in my replacement order. This is very frustrating and upsetting I’ve been a regular customer for a very long time now and I can’t believe the amount of errors that came from you guys. Hello. I”ve just ordered a couple bras from you. A pink sexy tease demi front close bra and one in black. I am very, very dissatisfied. I have pictures of these bras yet I can”t upload them here so I will describe. The pink one is dingy, faded, and the seams are coming apart with frays everywhere. I realize these were sale bras but I expected much better than what I got. The lining of the pink bra is brown. With the black bra, the quality was much better but it came in the wrong size. Please make this right for me, I will still buy from lasenza stores but this online shopping experience has really brought me down. Hi I went to the La Senza in Ottawa at the Bayshore shopping centre I was greeted by Elisa who greeted me nicely and asked if I knew my size which I didn”t so she measured me brought me to the fitting room and gave me a bra that was too large. Hi i would like to receive a call back from ombudsman as per a situation that has accured. I totally frustrated. I got lost my wallet durring the holidays. I was shopping and going to you store to purchace merchandice arriving at the conter i had knotice 2 cards of 50$ where missing( i had 3 cards of 50$ ans 3 cards of 10$) so i had to put the close back. Could not find my wallet and taught i might of left it home. When i got home realized no wallet. On top of having to replace all my debit, credit cards, point card, drivers licence, medical card, and more i have called to cancel these 2 senza cards and report them as lost. I had call the store boutique # 70151 and spoke to a woman and she gave me this number to have the cards replace [protected] and she said they would give her an autorization.Then I have spoken to a first advisor he was friendly after comming back from a hold of 5 minutes he hung up on me( i had waited 45 minutes to speak to an agent) he never called me back. After called again and landed on an other woman and she said that there is no way on replacing these cards. The store called me back and gave me the same information. Honestly i have been dealing with the senza for about 19 years and have always and only shop to your store. I even have a member card with you. I am so mad. This was my only christmas and birthday gift this year ( birthday in november) as per my family and i do not have a lot of money and where titer on money this year. Hi There I bought a several pairs of panties and I”m disappointed in most of them. First of all one pair of thong panties came apart the first time I put them on. Also, 4 other pairs are way too small. I usually just buy the thong panties, but the store was very busy and I felt pressured into buying the other four. The sales lady that finally helped me said that I could put them around my kneck and that would be the same as trying them on… I”d never heard of that before, but I trusted her advice. I live in a small town several hours from that store so I was unable to return them. Also I didn”t think there was a return policy on panties. Hi there, I was made feel like a psychopath for questioning my receipt. I tried my best to understand the breakdown of it all and I asked why I was charged $10.00 for reactivating my online account. I never realised that this is an extra charge. If I knew this, I never would have opted in for it. It is a complete scam that La Senza ask customers for their contact details and “forget” to mention that it is $10.00. This was actually the least of my reasons to complain on here – it was actually how the store manager handled it. I was speaking in a normal confused tone of voice and she told me I was “an insulting person who needs to calm herself down”. I shop at La Senza alot – I”m actually European and this was always my “go-to” for lingerie and since moving to Canada, it also has been but I can honestly say, how I was humiliated at the cash desk has made me feel I would rather shop at another store such as Victoria”s Secret or La Vie En Rose, where the staff are more pleasant to deal with. I was told that I could not get my $10.00 back ($11.30 after CAD taxes) as it”s “La Senza”s policy to charge it”. I made the point that other stores ask “Would you like to register with us?” and I say yes, I do not get charged to do so. I originally set up my account in Toronto (Eaton Centre) about a year ago when I moved here and I never ever noticed the charge NOR was told about it, so I urge people to watch out for this. The worst part about my experience today was that the Store Manager told me that she “did not even remember me being in the store that day” and that she would have to “check CCTV to actually see what I did in the store”. I reminded her that if I was lying about being in the store, I would not have a copy of my receipt which I had already given her or the bag with my purchases. She seemed highly strung, extremely aggrivated (she was shaking while she was highlighting the receipt) and could not fathom why I would want my $10.00 back as I did NOT authorize anyone to take that money off my card (nor did I when I initially gave my email address or phone number when I signed up in Eaton Centre) The Store Manager said that if she was to return my money that I would have to give back the La Senza card I was given a year ago – please note that I was NEVER given a La Senza card either at the time to begin with. I assumed that signing up just meant I could always have a paperless receipt and to be emailed promotional information etc – not so that I could avail of a yearly discount. Long story short – I was told that instead of processing the $10 refund, it would be better to just give me an entire refund and take back ALL of my purchases. I said no because I did not see why, for the sake of $10 I needed to give everything back as I still WANTED those items. So after a stressful few minutes of being told I needed to CALM MYSELF DOWN ( I want to explain that I never raised my voice, I executed what I needed to say as calmly as I could but was told that I ” STILL WASN”T UNDERSTANDING THE POLICY OF LA SENZA”. It made me feel extremely awkward – I was threatened that she would check CCTV – for whatever reason, I do not know but she made it seem like I was threatening her. The name of the Manager is not on the receipt but the details are: Cashier number: 3184264 Register number: 003 Transaction # 5377 Till: 1003 Date/time of purchase: 14th September 2018 at 3:14pm I can honestly say, I have never ever been made feel that awkward in a store in all my life and I really hope no one ever has to experience such bad customer service from this manager again. I am a 31-year-old mother of one. Yesterday I spent the day searching for a backless push up bra. After spending a long time searching, I landed at La Senza (Square One Location) where they did have the exact bra I was looking for. However they only had it in beige. I was told that you carry black but you are out of stock everywhere. I cannot wear this colour because of course, it will show under my brand new dress I bought for my 7 year wedding anniversary this weekend. I am a woman of colour. I am used to major companies lacking the variety of beauty products to accomdate my skin tone and hair texture. People who look like me have accepted that we will just not be represented. We are used to seeing the same body types and skin colour dominating the beauty industry and I we fight to make sure our daughters don”t feel less beautiful just because they don”t fit that mould. But this is not about that. This is about it being 2017 and I cannot find a bra in the colour that I need. I have bought bras from La Senza for years even though you lack the variety I need. Please, please, please consider making your “nudes” in a variety of browns and not just beige. It is offensive to me as a woman of colour that a bra, underwear etc would be called “nude” and to have your employees recommend them to me as a nude. I bought two bras from the store at Select City Mall at Delhi without being aware of the different types of cuts available at the store, I bought two different cuts. As a result one style only fitted me well and the other kept on troubling me but I continued to wear it as I had washed it already and knew that it can not be exchanged now. I ordered from Lasenza in the past and previous time I had a great experience with these guys so I decided to order again. I bought some lingerie from Lasenza and my order arrived in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the quick delivery and must say that items looked amazing. But there was one small problem. Everything I received was way too small. I recently bought 7 pairs of panties at a La Senza store in Halifax NS. 5 of the pairs were “ribbed”. They come in a burgandy and black. 2 pairs were a different style. I wore the first pair and at first they were comfortable. They were a size medium and during the day they stretched to a size comparable to a large. I washed them and they got a bit smaller but did not reach the original size. Now I am stuck with 5 pairs of panties that are useless to me. If I can only wear your products once they are very expensive and a waste of money. As underwear are not returnable I am stuck with a useless product that are no good to me. I think you should look at giving quality control of your product some improvment. I am beyond disgusted with your product! [protected]@hotmail.com

I recently bought a Nubra for a wedding. I made sure to follow the instructions on package and by the lady that sold it to me so I knew I could wear it again. I wore it for nearly two hours and suddenly one cup lost its stick and came off. Not completely but enough that it wasn”t holding and was very uncomfortable! I tried to reapply it and it would not stayand I”m only a size B. After I got home I took it off and made sure to care for it as directed, thinking it would be sticky if I just clean and dry it. I was wrong. The one cup is not sticky in the slightest thus I can never wear it again. There is no dirt on it and I cared for it EXACTLY as instructed. I am beyond disappointed in this product! Didn”t even last all night and can never wear it again! Had I known it was a one time use I would have never spent the $ 30 on it. Absolutely ridiculous amount for a crap product.
