I took my car here because I had a slight problem with my car. It drive fine but once it got warm the car seems to stay in first gear a little longer then I thought it should so I took it into lakewood transmission and after 3weeks they said they had found the problem and said i needed the tranny rebuilt and that would take care of the problem. well after another week they call and said that the car was ready and when I had did my walk around my car I noticed the they had curbed my front rigtht wheel, further inspection showed that they had filthy ass hands and it damaged my driver side tint and the whole car was totally filthy and bird poop had baked into my black paint and even my exhause tip was damaged from one of them backing into something,.I informed the owner Jim about the damaged rim and he immediatly became defesive and wanted to be combative I couldve ended it right then and there but i believe thats what he was counting on. confortation but I wouldn’t give him the satifation instead I ask him the repair or replace the rim. and the last piece of the soar milk is that when I drove the car and was returning home the transmission did the exact same thing. so that means that they are total liars and cheats boy this guy is very lucky that Ive changed my ways now I have to go after his a** through the legal ways which will im sure take forever. just remember you’ve been warned to stay clear of these ghetto a** people. .
