I have purchased a lamp from www.lampsnext.com in early December and it was a Christmas gift for a friend, but unfortunately it never arrived. There is no phone number to call and the only way to reach these guys is via email. I sent them a message and they replied only 4 days later and said that my order was not available. Several weeks passed and I got another message stating my order was cancelled and refund was issued. It is now January 25 and still no sign of my money. Last time they replied that I need to be more patient and that’s all. I’m 100% sure they decided to keep my money! Please beware and stay away!
