8 May 2016 – Booked a Land Rover Discovery 2 for service & to have water leak fixed at Land Rover Pietermaritzburg. 9 May 2016 – Received a call informing me that the water was not holding because of a coolant leak and a quotation to fix and that of a service and gave a go-ahead to both. 13 May 2016 – Was told the car was ready; however saw the car being taken to the workshop when i arrived & had to wait 45 minutes: was told “levels” were being checked. Made payment and the car overheated on my way home, there was no water on the engine and the car still leaking. Their offices were closed and had to wait until Monday – 16 May 2016 – Brought the car back complaining that it was still leaking and it overheated, something it never did before. Left it to be further checked. 20 May 2016 was informed the Fuel Pressure Regulator was faulty and needed to be replaced and was given an extended quote for this to which i complained since I paid to have the car fixed, over and above that, serviced yet it was not as it is still leaking.
